This place was crowded on a Saturday morning but luckily we had a reservation. I ordered the Abuelita Skillet and it was so good. Best brunch food I have had in a long time. We also upgraded our pancakes to the lemon berry pancakes and they were delicious. read more

I arrived there with a friend to which they seemed to be serving breakfast even at 3-4. The place was very cute and they had small bouquets everywhere on the tables. I got a croissant sandwich with hashbrowns. At first I was worried about the price since it was almost 20 dollars. However the sandwich was huge and I didn't even realize it came with hashbrowns. The food tasted delicous and while I didn't taste my friends omelette I do taste her French toast and it was amazing with definitely get that next time. The waiter and the manager were very nice, all in all I'd rate it a 4.75 read more

Worth the wait for Sunday brunch. The owner offered us some free coffee while we waited outside and enjoyed the autumn sunshine. Our meals were prepared quickly and our sever was spot on with our requests and water glasses. Busy, cheerful, and bright dining room to enjoy a cozy meal. For sure on the list to return. Enjoy! First time dining at this restaurant. I don't know why it took me so long especially since I know the owner. This used to be the Cornerstone Cafe but after a renovation and new name, it is a great place to dine. Tish and her son, Paul greeted us and were wonderful hosts. Food was amazing! I had the gyros sandwich and everything was so fresh. The egg griddle was also a hit. When the eggs came out of the kitchen, I thought they were covered in cheese (they weren't) but that just shows you that Tish takes great pride in using only the best ingredients and farm products. It is a large menu and you are sure to find something that pleases you. I told them I am coming back and starting at the top of the menu until I try everything through the end of the menu. read more

The place is small, but it feels orderly -- nothing distracts you, but instead adds to the comfort. We chose several dishes from the lunch menu -- each had its own character, and the balance of flavors was well maintained. Attention to detail is evident, from the presentation to the texture. If you want to be told you'll be seated in 15 min and wait over an hour then come here (we had 2 people). Service was also terrible... had to ask for silverware, coffee refills and our food (pancakes and a skillet) also took an hour. When we got the food I had a tiny stack of pancakes with NO flavor that cost $18. Very disappointed we spent hours of our Sunday just to get breakfast here. read more

The restaurant is very welcoming. Our server was hospitable and professional. I dined with a person who has Celiac (autoimmune can't eat anything or get cross contamination with wheat) and who was recently diagnosed severely lactose intolerant, allergic to soy, and allergic to eggs. Instead of being frustrated, our server went to the kitchen a few times to talk with the chef. They were able to serve their chili with a side, and the rest of us ordered. We thanked our server and chef. The response was they wanted the person dining with me to feel comfortable and welcome. On top of that, all of us thought our food was delicious. It goes without saying that we will be back. As much as I very much enjoyed my omelette, I want to try one of their dinners. read more

Deceptive menu prices. The old woman at the register (Tish) was rude, yelling and not willing to address the issues or answer questions. Cup of coffee price was $5.50! NOT shown on the menu. Only on the bill! Sandwiches very skimpy with hardly any fries. No wonder the joint was empty during the entire lunch hour. The service, food and prices were all very good. I had the bone-in-pork chop and it was very tasty. My friend had the chicken pot pie and said it was a little spicy for him but still very good. This place was GREAT! From the wait staff, to the food amazing service! Upon entering you are greeted by a happy, helpful woman who gets you seated immediately! The room was well decorated and comfortable! The waiter approached us immediately and was just the right mix of help and distance to make our choices! Everyone there gave off a very positive welcoming vibe! My wife and I ordered after peppering our waiter with some questions! I had a southwest omelette with a side of corned beef hash! The omelette was perfectly cooked and the taste was spot on! Just the right amount of flavor! The corned beef was great! Real pieces of corned beef (big enough to enhance the taste) on a bed of hash browns. Again cooked perfectly! No rush involved which today is a great feeling! We could let our meal sit and enjoy! I've been living in this neighborhood for over 20 years and we've been waiting for a restaurant like this. It's the best we can all get what we want. Excellent food & service. Dined mid-week. My husband ordered the tuna melt which had high quality tuna. I enjoyed 2 poached eggs (that were excellently prepared) w/toast and a smoothie made with apples, pineapple, ginger and other healthy ingredients. Sure, our selections were standard, but the preparation was "top drawer." Our server was the perfect blend of friendly without hovering. I was impressed with her knowledge of the food prep.
