It was a lot at first as I had never gotten them done before, but now that i've gotten use to them, I love the natural, put together look right out of bed--I even had people compliment my lashes, but tell me they didn't even notice I got them done!! I secured a weekend an appointment to ensure I could stay awake as long as possible and not sleep on my face and ruin my lashes. Prior to the appointment, I received a reminder email and text. The email had all the information I needed to know as a first timer including parking and checking in. Meter parking on the street is easy peasy. I got the lash, lift, and nourish. I use to get my lashes lifted in Cali and did something similar. The process took about 1 hour. If you wear contacts, I recommend wearing glasses to your appointment. Super happy with my results! Especially since I stop wearing makeup during Covid. This is a great pick me up and always make me look fresh.

When completed, she handed me the mirror and I was shocked. My eyelashes looked ridiculous. I felt like I looked like miss piggy. First off they were black. I didnt even THINK to discuss the color. I was concerned about the style. Then I was dumbfounded that a senior stylist wouldn't ask me what color I wanted and assumed black. Second was that there was no definition, just fan of black lashes that waves at whomever I am looking at each time I blink. I wasn't happy. The front desk booked me with Monica for the following week for a 1/2 fill, who is a master stylist, before my Europe trip. I was nervous that I was going to go on my trip looking like a fool. Monica hooked me up. She was quick and blended in the brown to the black, and gave some shape to my lashes. Huge improvement. I signed up for the monthly hybrid service that allow two fills per month. I'll keep these for a while and see how it goes. Very comfortable beds while the techs work.
