We walked the property together and he was able to explain the entire process. I was skeptical as I've had several estimates from Facebook Marketplace and such sites that require upfront payment before any work is to begin. This was not the case with Atlanta Irrigation Services. We agreed that the property needed 7 zones which is about the same as some of the other quotes that I'd gotten. The biggest difference was the attention to my lack of knowledge of a sprinkler system. From different sprinkler heads to winterizing, the knowledge from Chris was extremely thorough and professional. Fast forward to the day of installation. The crew showed up at the crack of dawn ready for action. Again extremely impressive as I've had contractors tell you one thing and do something totally different. The install was estimated to take 2 days but the job was complete in 1 full day. I did not get pictures of the yard throughout the install and was a little nervous as the yard was trenched and dug up in so many different areas. To my surprise when the crew was complete the yard was in great shape. after a couple weeks you shouldn't be able to tell any work was done. Chris came out a few days later to ensure I knew how to operate the Bluetooth sprinkler control box, showed us where the emergency shutoff valve is located and ensured that we were comfortable and satisfied with the entire process. as you can tell I am extremely impressed with the entire process. From sales rep, crew, and follow up. We plan on reaching back out to Atlanta Irrigation Services after we build a garage in the back yard and actually our neighbor was impressed with the install and got a quote from Chris for their backyard. Five Stars from the Watson family. We sincerely thank you guys for an epic experience.

Mr. Drake and his partners are the real deal. No hidden fees, no cutting corners, no trying to razzle-dazzle you with mumble-speak, no scaremongering, fishing for additional work, no parading their credentials in defense against questions or signs of reservation, no arrogance (yes, I've dealt with all of this in my journey). They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. Mr. Drake and his team showed up at my house around 7:30am this morning and were gone by 10:45am. They built my system for my current needs with the stubbing for additional growth (I will be totally relandscaping my backyard, removing loathsome shrubbery and trees). They stand behind their work with a lifetime warranty. Who does that anymore? You're doing something if you can get 3 to 5 years these days. Furthermore, if for any reason you have issues and need to reach them, you can call day or night and the number on the service sticker rings Mr. Drake's home. You may wonder why I'm gushing on and on. This has been a two year (three summer) journey between trying to get quoted and toying with doing the job myself (glad I did not do that!). I've been dealing with flakes, no-shows, folks wanting 50% deposits, supposed "lengthy lead times", you name it. I called Mr. Drake after doing what I always do, scouring home repair sites , google, yelp or what have you. I found him on Angie's List, after researching them, I put my info in. Mr. Drake called me the next day on a Saturday . That was two Saturdays ago. This is Thursday July 5, less than two full weeks later. I now have a completely installed and running irrigation system. As long as I have or plan to ever install a system wherever I move, this is going to be my company.

I go outside to check to see what's going on & I see 1 of my sprinklers running at full force. I go to turn the sprinkler system off & it's unplugged. I call the number on the system & they no longer service my area & cannot recommend anyone for me. I Google emergency sprinkler service Praying that this wasn't going to be an all day thing. I called the second company listed in my search. Enrique explained to me the costs of coming out to me as well as breaking down the cost of the pros & cons of anything that he could & will do based on what he finds once he arrives. The catch was that he was about 3-4 driveways to his first customer of the day and it would be about 4 hours before he could get to me. He said text me your address, let me call the customer and I'll call you back. It took him less than 1 minute to return my call stating that he would be at my house in about 30 minutes. Before I could raise the garage door his helper (Wifey) was already at the under ground water system doing what she does. I explained there steroids I did to shut the valve off while Enrique walked around the house with me. I'm glad he did because what I thought was water values was actually the gas valves to my fire places (which Enrique turned back on). From beginning to end of service it took him about 30 to stop the water. He went above & beyond to make sure the water was turned off to the sprinkler system & the water to the house was still running. Excellent customer service from the moment he answered the phone until he pulled out my driveway. He even sent me a follow up text to make sure everything was still good. The best part of this whole encounter was that Enrique stated that he usually don't answer his phone when he's driving but something told him to pull over and answer the call. From our consultation with Mike Goodall, to scheduling with Tricia Anthony, to the actual work completed by Henry and his team... our experience was exceptional. It is the dead of summer, so after our initial consult, it took a few weeks for the work to get done, but Mike was very transparent about this up-front, so I was totally fine with it (It is summer! Everyone wants their lawn cleaned up!). Tricia was available through email and phone when we were scheduling. Henry and his team, who spent two days cleaning up, were thorough and transformed our side yard. On day two, I requested that a few areas be trimmed up even more and Henry was gracious and patient (I had a lot of questions because I was not home the first day they worked in the yard). Their price for this clean up was very fair and comparable to the other quotes I received and they had the work knocked out in a very short amount of time. I highly recommend Oasis and will call again for future lawn work.

So then they emailed a week later like nothing happened to visit our property on some random day we had absolutely no knowledge of. When I reminded them that they no showed for our appointment and we weren't interested, they took the reminder as confirmation and came by anyway! I can't make this up. RUN..and fun fast. The level of unprofessional is next level. From reading the other reviews, we dodged a bullet- and the unprofessional comes from the top which is really concerning.
