Let me set the mood: February 2014 a young business woman flew to Orlando (her mother new city) to treat her mother to a SPA day for her 54th birthday. The weather is Sunny and sorta decent (77 degrees) and the two head to this googled location for a couples massage, mani & pedis, lunch & all access to the facility while onsite. The place was very welcoming from valet to the front desk staff. We were taken on a tour of the spa and shown to our lockers where we had robs and slippers awaiting us. We started in the serenity room sipping water and tea while snacking on some small hard nuts and fruits. We were approached for our couples massage and that's when the 1st of the 5 stars got removed. As we entered the room we were offered a smell in which we sniffed and choose. My therapist EVEN THOUGH TOLD SEVERAL TIMES was too light handed. I get massages every two weeks and I travel on planes weekly so I prefer a good digging in my back. After we were done and escorted back to the serenity room to await our mani and pedis we were told that the scents would be added at checkout (Umm don't you think you would've told us that the scents cost before offering them and using them). We were greeted for our pedi and mani and the services were not as expected. They were rushed and extremely expensive. I get a better mani and pedi with gel polish bi-weekly got a 1/4 of the price. My polish was thin and watered down and the quality of work was terribly memorable. I WILL NOT take anyone back to this spa nor will I return unless it's comped because for $500 I expect more and have had more at a much better expense. P.S The salads were good that I ordered as they were the best part of the experience as well as the ambience. I can't omit the fact that they didn't keep the locker room refreshed the later it got (fresh towels for the face, shampoo, lotion, etc.) read more

Excellent deal! Relaxing by the pool before my massage. Very relaxing atmosphere, music was perfect, lighting, hot rock temperature, I had my reservations about using a male therapist, but I was pleasantly surprised. Tony explained everything I should expect from him. He explained the areas he would work on, asked if there were any areas he should work on more then others? Any trouble areas and such, I told him my lower back. He did a great job working on my body, with a strong emphasis on my lower back. I felt great after my massage. They've done a great job with Covid safety. I was a bit disappointed not being able to use the spa facilities,( shower, steam room, hot tub), but I understand we are in Covid times. I was a bit disappointed that while using the resorts pool facilities, we were all told to vacate while they cleaned the area. So be warned, every 3 hours the resort evacuates the pool area to disinfect the area! Makes no sense to me!!!! Why not disinfect the areas where people have sat and left? Why vacate everyone? I stayed at the Hyatt down the road and we weren't evacuated every 3 hours!! They should change that practice. All and all excellent Spa Day!! read more

We purchased ahead of time and were very pleased with the package we bought. Staff was attentive and spa is beautiful and one of the more lavish in the Disney area. Would definitely return and recommend. Be mindful parking can be a bit of a chore if just visiting for the spa. read more

I had the best experience here. The staff was very attentive, but absent for privacy at the same time. The amenities here are top of the line. The shower has more settings than a television remote. The sauna and hot tub were great as well. We felt like the only ones there the entire time. The Swedish massage we got was exceptional. The upgrades were worth it and they came with a complimentary glass of champagne to follow. We spent 3 hours here and we were encouraged to stay as long as we wanted. Patricia and Valerie were both exceptional massage therapists. They did a wonderful job creating a unique experience. I am very satisfied with the entire experience. read more

Ten Months of Office Knots...Gone! My wife and i are office grunts in the DC area so we decided to get a Couples Massage during our vacation to see friends in Orlando this Labor Day. I settled on Blue Harmony because it was highly reviewed here and elsewhere, it was close to things, and it accepted a gift card I had. They did not disappoint! The spa is located in the recently-opened Wyndham Grande Hotel in Orlando. Everything from the complimentary valet service (professional, polite, and efficient) to the spa's fully-stocked changing rooms to the relaxation lounge to the friendly and professional service by the spa staff was perfect! We received the Couples Deep Tissue Massage with Aqua Treatment, which is a 25-minute session in the hot-tub with champagne and strawberries after the massage. The massages themselves were amazing. The ladies that served us were gentle yet strong, professional yet friendly. They focused on all the right areas and used the right amount of pressure. They really couldn't have been better. If everyone in service treated their customers this way, there would be no war! Blue Harmony chased my knots away and put my muscles back in harmony. I highly recommend! read more

The staff is friendly and spa itself is nice but the experience was average. My nails started chipping within 24 hours. The pedicure was nice and relaxing other than being interrupted for several minutes to take care of another guest who had messed up her nail from earlier in the day. This place sucks! I had the worst experience. The staff has a serious lack of communication issue. I needed to get a polish change on my toes and and hands. I called at 11am and was old they they had an appointment for 11:30am. I went in at 11:10am, and specifically mentioned that I was there for a polish change on my hands and feet. The receptionist went and talked to the nail tech and came back and told me that she could take me at 11:30am because she was finishing up with someone. So she entered my appointment in their system for 11:30am. So I waited around for 20 minutes. They had me fill out a questionnaire form for just a POLISH CHANGE which didn't apply at all. She took me back to the nail tech and as soon as the nail tech saw me she asked if I was just getting a polish change is said yes on my hands and feet and I have gel nail polish on my fingernails but regular nail polish on my toes. And right away she said "I don't have time for that, I don't have time to change your polish on your fingernails because you have gel nail polish, it takes longer and I don't have time for it." WTF?!? They should have asked me that as soon as I got there instead of wasting my time! Worst experience! read more

I've been going to Bonnet Creek since I was 10 and this is the WORST experience I have ever had. A few months ago my fiancé and I went to Bonnet Creek for spring vacation and decided to visit the spa. The massages were fantastic, I don't remember the name of my massage therapist but her hands were golden and she put me right to sleep. During check out the man at the desk was a little more abrasive than you would expect from someone working at a spa but I didn't pay attention to it because of how relaxed I felt. After we got engaged, we decided to go back to celebrate and take part in some of the other services the Spa had to offer. My fiancé called and requested the couples Swedish massage, hot stone massage add on for us both, and the foot treatment for me. When we arrived yesterday we were about 5 minutes late so I expected some time to be shaved off of the massage, which I had no problem with. They quickly rushed us to the rooms to put on our robes so that we didn't cut too much into our time but once we made it to the couples room it seemed like the massage therapists never slowed down. Massages are supposed to be relaxing and ours was the complete opposite. I figured the hot stones would make up for it but before I knew it the massage therapists were telling us that we can get up and put our clothes on. My fiancé mentioned we ordered hot stones and a foot treatment as well but there was some sort of miscommunication so he got frustrated and we decided it was just best to go. After relaxing in the steam room for a bit, to try and relax my muscles that seemed to be even more tense, I decided I wanted to try the shower but unfortunately the switch was broken so nothing would come on. At that point I was pissed so I decided to put my clothes back on and just wait until my fiancé was done. After getting dressed I went to the front desk and proceeded to tell the guy at check in that we didn't receive the two additional treatments so please remove them from our bill, which he did do but with no sympathy. At the very least I expected a "I am so sorry for the miscommunication". But no, nothing, he removed the charges and then proceeded to ask if the COUPLES MASSAGE would be together or separate... when we walked in holding hands... and I'm wearing an engagement ring... IDK but that sounds like together to me. This places charges your $400.00 for a couples massage, the expectations are high and they fell very short yesterday. The resort is great and the spa is convenient but for the price I would recommend spending your money elsewhere. read more

My fraternity had it's annual meeting in Orlando the same week as my wedding anniversary, so I decided to send my wife to a spa treatment. I found Blue Harmony through searching spas in the area. On the day of the spa, the staff welcomed me and my wife and was ready for her. (my wife filled me in on the rest of this review) My wife said the masseuse was great, the ambiance was calming and the staff were exceptional. She was allowed to stay as late as she wanted and utilize the other facilities (steam room) and she did. The only thing she had a problem with was she had to ask for the champagne and strawberries. I was there for a couple massage package. The amenities were nice but the staff was not very directive, but I could not find the nail salon due to lack of direction. The massage time was shortened due to their tardiness of calling us back, approximately 15 minutes we miss out on. The massage worker did not ask for any target areas or that I could let her know to adjust the pressure. The massage was very very weak and I felt no relief. Also, the package I purchased included chocolate covered strawberries and champagne and the strawberries were never mentioned by the staff and the champagne was "having a hard time to open the bottle" and we never received it. I set up a spa day for my sister-in-law, mom, and myself. The front desk was nice when greeted. However, there was little direction of the where to go, where to sit, what could be used. I was told someone would show me around the spa, but no one did- which was a bummer because I got there an hour early to try the amenities they said I could use-- but didn't know where any of them were. My mom and sister in law loved their services (massage and facials) I however was a big critic since I work in the spa industry- I received a facial - I didn't feel like I received a spectacular facial but a pretty mediocre one. I provide my clients with quite a few more luxurious steps - hot towel on neck, facial massages with oils, scalp massage, etc. I did not receive those- but did receive lots of exfoliation, extractions, hydrating masque, and serums, and moisturizers that didn't feel to greasy or heavy. Jennie did my facial- and although she was very sweet and mostly professional- I was bummed that no product was explained to me-- they also didn't seem to have peels that I could upgrade my service with which was also disappointing- the offerings for facials felt very basic. That being said, the tables are very comfortable to lay on, the products they use aren't top of the line, but good quality, and the fact you can top off your facial with a glass of champagne is pretty nice! I would recommend going here- I think I am just overly picky since I'm in the field and my expectations may be quite a bit higher than most peoples. read more

It's a sugar scrub that leaves your skin feeling so smooth. They also have many amenities to help you once your massages are over! Spa called and cancelled my appointment for when we would be there on vacation due to water damage at the facility. I understand that part. However, I was given a gift certificate to go there while I was on vacation and now cannot use it because the spa will not take appointments again until after we are gone. I asked for the gift certificate to be refunded and was told no they cannot do that. Very very very poor customer service. Worst spa experience of my life. Ruined my wedding anniversary. I was treated like a second class citizen because I took advantage of their special offer. Make sure you pay full price or your requests will be ignored and you will be made fun off for having payed less than a regular customer. I booked a couples massage with a Groupon for my friend and I at the spa for a mini bachelorette weekend getaway (since her first bachelorette trip was unfortunately cut short) and we had an AMAZING time. We were not able to do the couples massage, since one of the masseuses was not able to make our appointment time per a personal issue, but the front staff and manager (I very much wished I remembered their names so I could thank them again), helped save the day. They gave us several complimentary services and told us to come back again some time to use the Groupon we originally came with. The bride-to-be had a great massage by Sharon! I received the best facial I have ever had from Jenny (she was so professional and kind) and we also were able to spend time together in the nail salon getting mani-pedis from Latonya. Latonya did a wonderful job and was so friendly and professional. I have to also mention that the front office gave us champagne to enjoy and checked in on us to make sure everything was good. YAY Spafinder!! Stephanie brought us in for the tour and offered lockers with our robes & sandals upon arrival. The facilities were everything I had hoped for a surprise birthday treat. The robes were clean, the lounge was a bit stiff (the white furniture is awkward to sit on in robes) and there were only 2 lounge chairs outside to sit on. We weren't offered tea but there was lukewarm blueberry water. It wasn't tasty. The almond cran-raisin medley was put out after we were waiting a bit and all components were stale. Otherwise we sat there in robes until we were called, and after deciding it was too hot to do a cabana massage, we went in to the treatment rooms. I just loved the experience at this spa, which was my first time ever experiencing anything like this. I got the mani and pedi (GEL) the first day it was nice and relaxing the mani and pedi weren't the best quality but they were okay not for the price though. Something I hated was they would give your several products like literally as if they are giving them to you as if they were FREE! Just hand them to you basically. The next day I came back for the facial and the lip enhancement? I think thats what it was called which was also good but the experience just felt a little basic nothing that would make you say WOW! So as I was checking out the receptionist literally tried to make me leave a gratuity with my card which I was actually going to use cash for the gratuity but she kept asking me about the gratuity she wouldn't slide my card like she was trying to force me to leave a tip? Which made me change my damn mind about leaving any damn thing! Gosh! But yeah it was nice though. I wanted a few hours that were all mine to have a great massage in a beautiful place. The facilities were everything I had hoped for. The robe was soft, the lounge was super comfy. Stephanie brought me in to the couples massage room for an 80 min. hot stone with aromatherapy. The stones were a little too hot to relax, but she left them out to cool a bit which helped. The only part I didn't enjoy was when she put a lot of pressure directly on my spine. I'm not sure what the purpose was, but my back has been sore for days because of it. After the massage, I enjoyed a shower where the water came from the sides and top, along with soothing changing lights. I rested for a while in the lounge again before leaving. I would definitely return if those few problems were tweaked. read more

Overall good spa. I was there to celebrate my birthday. I did the fountain of youth. The only thing I didn't like is how they automatically try to get you to give 20% tip. Be aware at checkout they will ask you for a 18% or 20% tip of the overall bill. Also note that they will try to get you to do the 20%. I always tip good but don't like being pressured. This was my first time at the Wyndham. Guess I will stick with the Westin. Lower stars due the tip pressure at the end. read more

Don't plan on going to Blue Harmony Spa at Wyndham Resort Bonnet Creek Orlando if you have cancer. My daughter has been fighting liver cancer for 3 years now and per Dr.'s orders has been receiving massages twice a month. But Blue Harmony refused to give her a massage. So the first day of our vacation to Orlando was ruined. Not only did I cancel my reservation for a massage, but Blue Harmony Spa successfully made my daughter feel less of a human being. Obviously, they need to read what the American Cancer Society has to say about cancer and massage therapy, and bring their "therapists" into the 21st century. read more
