We had booked a couples massage and the first red flag was I received a male as a woman and my partner got the female. Other places we've been to have been both female or I get the female and he gets the male. They never told us that we were getting a specific gender. Our massages were both completely different. Both started off with hot stones that weren't hot. His weren't warm. Then the actual massage began, with the male taking the towel off my back and oiling my upper body. Meanwhile my partners towel was never taken off and she only pushed on his back. Until 15 mins later when my partner lifted his head to look at me he saw that I was getting the oil rubbed in with my back exposed and had to ask them to do the same to him. After asking they said something to each other in another language that we couldn't understand. When they started doing my legs the male tucked/rolled by underwear so much I that it felt like I was wearing a thong. He also spread my legs to stretch them around while my partner never had that done to him. He also had the towel lifted to where my butt was exposed meanwhile my partners was covered the entire time. He also massaged my butt while my partner never received that. I had my breasts exposed by him and they weren't properly covered. I've never had an experience like this and I felt truly violated. Then he had me flip over and started bending legs to expose my vaginal area. I looked over to my partner and saw that he did not receive the same service. Which made it feel more targeted. I genuinely felt like I was being taken sexually assaulted with my partner right next to me. Don't ever come here. I wanted to leave immediately after so we beelined for the door without giving a tip and the male who sexually assaulted me had the audacity to come out of the establishment asking for a tip. Completely forgot to mention that my hands were deliberately placed my his private area and I had move them away multiple times. This not only happened to my hands but my feet as well when I was face up and he was we at the edge of the table. Very much considering filing a police report. read more

Stumbled in thanks to Groupon and I was not disappointed! The couples massage was definitely a steal for the price. The massage was an hour of a Swedish massage that included hot stones and warm towels! My significant other and I we're both greeted by 2 masseuses upon removing our clothes and laying under the cover; I got a male masseuse and he got a female. These massages were on point! They targeted the knots on my back and went into town. Loved how the oil was wiped off with a warm towel, it felt amazing! All parts of my body were equally massaged with care. I also appreciated how a gentle massage was given to face and nose espeically after getting a bit stuffed while laying down. At the end upon exiting, we were given some waters and opted to pay our tip with a card as we didn't bring cash. Overall, a great experience, definitely recommend! read more

I called for a same day appointment and the woman who answered the phone was easy to understand. I did not have the same experience as someone else who stated "broken English". I've never been to Asian but I can imagine the massage parlors there are similar to this one. No waivers to sign, no frills, and very few words exchanged. They don't ask you what you prefer or even for trouble spots. With that said, I think massage was what I needed. I've been in a lot of pain lately and this helped remedy my situation. The receptionist told me they only book appointments two weeks prior and to call back two weeks before I wanted the appointment. So I did. The day I wanted was already completely booked except for one morning appointment, which did not work for us time wise. I called less than an hour after they had opened that day. The massage itself was decent. The best part was the hot stones. My masseuse (a guy) was pretty good. The female masseuse who massaged my husband literally crawled on top of his back to use her knees and elbows. Honestly, the most memorable part of this experience, and not in a good way, was the music. Literally it was the instrumental version of rock a bye baby on repeat. The whole time. I decided to try them out with a "chair" massage, but what I got was so much more! Their version of a chair massage is actually a traditional Chinese back massage, to include the entire back of one's body, even using knees and elbows to hit the tough spots. My therapist found every knot and area of tension and did an amazing job working those out. It seems a little pricey at first, especially if you're used to a traditional walk-in spot, but you get what you pay for! 20 minutes of self-care has made me a new person. Had the worst massage of my life. First of all, the front desk lady is sick and tried to do my massage when I said I prefer a female masseuse. How unprofessional is that? She should be at home quarantining. She Was coughing and was not even wearing a mask. I went in completely normal. I came out after the massage feeling nauseous, with a headache and lower back pain! It wasn't relaxing at all. It was so loud, people kept laughing and talking the whole time. I wish I could say this is one of the worst. Booked a couples massage while visiting the area. My husband and I were hurting bodies after days of travel. The two therapists were excellent. (I am a massage therapist myself so I can be quite picky) These therapists both knew the body very well and provided excellent massages. The establishment is clean and people are accommodating and friendly. They offered reasonable upgrades but weren't pushy. Sound carries here so you could hear next room and hallway quite easily but the quality of massage far overcame a bit of noise. UPDATE : We enjoyed our first massage so much we decided to splurge and have another before we left the area. AGAIN, Superb massage! Two different therapists this time and again it was wonderful. I went with a Swedish massage and had the gentleman. The massage was still pretty deep tissue and they added hot stones which was nice. My boyfriend asked for the actual deep tissue and got the lady who walked on his back most of the massage which was pretty great! Absolutely the worst massage experience I've ever had. The guy clearly had zero massage experience, probably not even licensed. He and the girl that was working on my friend were talking a lot, she had to keep stepping away from my friend to help him, he didn't use lotion for over half of the massage do it was like sandpaper on my skin. In addition his "technique" showed an extreme lack of knowledge or skill; it was painful, and not in the way a deep tissue massage should hurt with muscle release. This was painful because he kept putting pressure on bones, not muscle. I almost stopped in the middle of the massage because it was so bad, but since they make you prepay, I didn't. There is absolutely nothing royal about the experience this place provided for me and my friend. We paid with cash, no receipt was given, and I didn't even see the lady to record the transaction. She just put the money away and that's it. Makes you wonder about their business practices. The two female masseuses that did our massage kept talking to each other in their own language. First of all it's unprofessional, second of all it disrupts the tranquility of the service. On top of that there was drilling going on in the business next door, felt like they were drilling through the wall we were sitting next to. The massage was supposed to be 30 mins but it lasted 25. The lady who was doing my massage got up and left a few times without any warning. Then when the service was over and we left, we got our in our car, one of the masseuses walked past our car and starred at us for good 20 seconds, then she spit on the ground and walked away. They make you pay beforehand and charge you $5 extra for paying with a debit or credit card. Ok. There was also a sign posted that each person gets $5 off per massage if he or she posts a review on Yelp, but we had to pay beforehand so I don't know how that works. Anyways, I picked an hour foot massage for $70 and my husband got charged $90 for a combo massage, which said $85. I was fine with the incorrect prices until the massage started. Actually, even before the massage started, because, I had to wait almost 8 minutes before a man came in. The worst massage I've been to yet. I felt bad for the man, because he looked like he didn't want to be there. He was looking away the whole time while massaging my feet and kept sighing. He also kept coughing and burping. You know that feeling of your hands after you went swimming all day and they're all pruny? His hands felt like that, so that's all I felt when he was rubbing through my feet and legs and he didn't put any technique to it. The worst part was when a family of 3 people, which included a child, came in the same room as me and kept talking as they were being waited on. My room had 3 chairs so the woman was left sitting on some random stool while she has her feet soaked in the bucket. There was also only a curtain separating us from the next party, and you could hear everything. The cherry on top was there was a fly in my room and it kept flying around so much, I really gave up trying to relax. My massage was not an hour either, even after factoring in the 8 minute hot water foot soak in the bucket. It was 49 minutes at most, since I am able to use my hands to be on my phone and check the time for a foot massage. The man who massaged me only did my feet 90% of the time and barley rubbed my legs. I'm used to getting a mild head, neck and arm massage at other places I've been to that's included in a foot massage, so this was a first for me to just have almost just my feet worked on. My husband still tipped almost 20% because he was nice. I would not come again because the experience was awkward and the massage was painful. I didn't feel relaxed at all. I had a very busy work week and wanted to unwind thanks to the full body massage. I booked a 90 minute massage and went to relax and enjoy. I was placed in the farthest room next to the kitchen and bathroom, despite the fact that there were no other clients besides me. As soon as Jessie began to massage, all sorts of different sounds began to come from the kitchen. The water turned on several times, some very loud rustling package, a microwave oven ... All this was so loud that I could not even hear the music. I ended up asking what was going on, Jessie left the room and asked the person in the kitchen to be quiet. Jessie asked me if I want to move to another room, I refused because I no longer wanted to move around wearing my underwear only. This was followed by chomping sounds from the kitchen... In the end, I was only able to relax for the last 30 minutes of the massage, when the person in the kitchen finished her meal. I suspect that the person who made the obnoxious noises in the kitchen was the woman from the front desk. Jessie did a great job! She was very friendly, professional, spoke good English and helped me relax after the woman left the kitchen. I am very dissatisfied and frustrated. After a full day of walking around at Disney, we came in for a foot massage. We were quickly seated as there was no wait. The two employees working sat down and tried to start massaging our feet and we stopped them and asked about the foot soak. For some reason, they tried to skip that. The space the spa is in appears to have been something else originally and not much effort was made to turn it into a massage spa. Rather than building out rooms for foot and body massages they have pipes suspended from the ceiling with different colored fabric draped over them separating the spaces. Most massage spas have relaxing music playing, this place had a lullaby playing, the same one over and over on repeat, I believe it was Rock-a-bye Baby. We requested and paid for an hour massage but about 40 minutes after the foot soak they were done. I guess when you are in a tourist area you don't need to worry about repeat business.
