The office was…read morewelcoming and efficient -- the reception staff were friendly, we were seen right away, and my son's X-rays were completed quickly using what appeared to be very up-to-date technology. The treatment coordinator was knowledgeable, personable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We also met Dr. Gray, who was incredibly kind and made my son feel comfortable right away. Although we ultimately chose a different orthodontist due to proximity and in-network insurance savings, we were very impressed with the level of care and professionalism here. If we lived closer, we likely would have moved forward with Dr. Gray. We initially scheduled the consultation based on a strong recommendation from a friend whose family has had a great experience here -- and I can absolutely see why. I would confidently recommend this office to anyone local.

Dr. Miao was so kind and patient with my daughter's condition. He studied my daughter's case and came up with a treatment plan for my daughter's teeth in hope to prevent her from having to do jaw surgery. Fast forward to today, my daughter's teeth have been corrected and Dr. Miao completely saved her from needing to have jaw surgery to correct her underbite. I can't thank Dr. Miao enough for his kindness and patience with my daughter. Not to mentioned that my daughter loves Dr. Miao and calls him the GAOT of orthodontist. When I checked the exact procedure codes on my insurance company's website, I discovered she was charging the full 70%--which is what insurance is supposed to pay--directly to me, the patient. This made it seem like they were billing both me and the insurance the same amount, potentially engaging in double-dipping. When I called the Glendora office to get clarity, the staff said I had to speak with Silvia. She wasn't in, but the front desk casually explained that "this is just the price we feel like charging," and if insurance pays more, they'll refund the patient. That's not how transparent billing or honest medical practice should work. I tried contacting Silvia again, this time at their Claremont Smiles office. Not only was she evasive, but when asked to explain the pricing, she suddenly claimed she needed to speak to the regional manager, Ariana. I reminded her that she is the office manager--yet she couldn't answer a basic question and delayed the conversation for another week. When she finally responded via email, she said my son needed to come in person for an estimate--over a week after I originally reached out and after acknowledging my son's pain. I asked to see the billing breakdown from my husband's previous oral surgery (also done at this office) to compare. My husband was sitting next to me and verbally authorized Silvia to speak to me. She refused to proceed unless he repeated a very specific sentence she demanded, even though I had already explained the request clearly. Once again, she deflected responsibility to Ariana, and when I asked for Ariana's contact information, Silvia hung up on me. The lack of professionalism, the runaround, and the shady billing practices are unacceptable. I will be reporting Ecco Dental to my insurance company. Instead, a different dentist advised that the crown did not fit and stated she would not continue treatment because another dentist had prepared the tooth. * June 21, 2026: The original dentist informed me the crown could not be used and that the procedure would have to be repeated. I left wearing the temporary crown. * June 26, 2026: I received a call informing me that my appointment had been canceled because the dentist did not want to treat me and that I would need to wait for the original dentist. After contacting the office and requesting that any qualified dentist complete my treatment, I was eventually seen. My tooth was re-prepared, and new impressions were taken. * June 28, 2026: My next appointment was rescheduled because the original dentist was unavailable. * July 10, 2026: My appointment was canceled again because the dentist was sick. * July 12, 2026: When attempting to keep my appointment, the scheduler initially told me she did not want to schedule me because the treating dentist might refuse to place the crown since he had not prepared the tooth. I insisted on keeping my appointment despite being told there was a possibility I would not receive my crown. I did mention to the office manager that It felt a bit scammy and wrong to imply that a vitamin Iv would help Alzheimer's. 99% of neurologists will tell you that a cocktail iv might offer a small vitamin boost. It will not help or slow down the diseases listed in the advertising for this Myers Cocktail. The two offices in this practice are not wheelchair accessible, based on my experience I feel the staff lacks ada, cultural and mental health competence.

I was extremely satisfied with my experience at Blue house dentistry. Christina, the receptionist, was very kind and helpful. I felt that Fresia, my hygenist, did a thorough cleaning. The office was new and charming. I especially appreciated that Dr. Paniagua seems to be pretty conservative when it comes to treatment. He told me I had a cavity that had wore half way through the enamel. He explained that we could just keep an eye on it if I wanted to but that he recommended that I get it taken care of. I had it filled which only took about a half an hour. I also had a chip on my front tooth repaired. It had been fixed 6 months ago by another dentist but had already chipped off again. Dr. Paniagua let me know that if I have any problems with it chipping that he would be glad to repair it free of charge. I would recommend Blue House to any of my friends or family. read more

I am not one to give reviews lightly, I believe "every dog has its day". So therefore I tend to refrain from giving reviews. My recent visit to the Blue House Dentistry is one I must share, I was greeted with a nice warm smile from I believe her name is Chrissie. Most dentist offices you go to you sit and wait forever. This was not the case with Dr. Ned at the Blue House, I sat for about a minute or two before being ushered back into the dental chair. Dr. Ned is very informative as you expect your dentist to be. The dentist can be very daunting for many, Dr. Ned makes you feel very comfortable. There is a massive TV on the wall for you to zone out as Dr. Ned works his magic. I would definitely recommend for a dentist or an orthodontist. I just finished my Invisalign treatment and LET ME TELL YOU, my teeth look BRILLIANT! Dr. Ned is so kind and helpful. He always asked me what my concerns were and made sure to address them. I am so happy I made the decision to come here! Christina the receptionist is so wonderful, she is always accommodating when I am running a tad bit behind, always calls to remind me of my appts before and is a pleasure to talk with. From the moment you walk in the door at Blue House Dentistry, you will feel comfortable and cared for. I have never been in a more beautiful dentist's office waiting room! Dr. Ned and his entire staff went above and beyond to make sure we understood our options and they answered all of our questions in the most caring way. Oh, and the technology in this office is truly remarkable, the latest cutting edge/brand new equipment and computer imaging! I really like that Dr. Ned can take care of all of our dental needs, we won't have to go to a different doctor/office/oral surgeon when our twins get their wisdom teeth removed. I have put off getting my teeth fixed until I retired. I have bruxism and they have been worn down and broken over the years I was very nervous I didn't know who to trust. I went to the Blue House and met Dr. Ned. The office is beautiful with state of the art equipment and friendly atmosphere. A chipped tooth is unexpected, I came to Blue House in hopes of them being able to fix me up quick. Their front office staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Not only was I able to schedule an appointment that same day, I was able to get a temporary tooth that same day and took less than a week to get it replaced! My two front teeth were chipped and with cavities I ended up getting those two fixed as well. The filling on those turned out great! Thank you so much for everything! This is an amazing dental practice! It is very modern, clean and they've created a very welcoming setting. The waiting room is like entering a home and makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. The dental work done at this dental office is exceptional. I have had the best experience with Dr. Paniagua who by far the best dentist I have been to. My case was very difficult, but the finished work, dental implants and full mouth reconstruction, is amazing. My smile is now the way it was in my youth. I can eat the foods I want. Their new offices on Indian Hill in Claremont are so inviting and have the MOST up to date equipment I have seen!
