Dr Chin is the new owner.

The dental care here is awesome. The office manager Rena is great. I already was coming to this location, but the new owner Dr Chin is amazing. Dr Chin explained everything and did the cleaning himself. Very professional. Best dentist I've had. Highly recommended.

I put off removing my 4 wisdom teeth for the last 5 years because I was honestly terrified. I am a mom of 3 so I was really scared to go under anesthesia and also had never had any kind of oral surgery. Fast forward my wisdom teeth were causing me so much pain it became unbearable. My dentist referred me to IEOMFS for a consultation. Dr. Dudziak was very thorough and answered all of my questions. Kate was very kind and Manny was absolutely amazing. They both recognized how anxious I was the day of my procedure. Manny started talking to me about other things to get my mind off the procedure while Kate got me hooked up to nitrous oxide. I am not kidding you as strange as it sounds from that point on I had a blast. I couldn't stop laughing. Manny was so sweet and funny and kind. Dr. Dudziak came in and gave me my IV (he was fantastic at administering that as well) and he answered my questions I had prior to my procedure. From that point forward all I remember is waking up and it was all over with. (I know I was pretty silly on the nitrous and they were all so kind and funny and patient with me which I am so grateful for). I asked Kate to see my teeth that were extracted and she was kind enough to show me too which was really neat to see. I woke up so happy and relieved that I finally had gotten my wisdom teeth taken care of .. no pain or memory of the extractions/coronectomies at all whatsoever. To whoever is reading this review that needs their wisdom teeth taken care of: please just get it done and over with - and make sure to get it done here if you want a seamless experience. Do not wait like I did - the procedure and recovery really truly is not bad at all and wasn't scary at all. The procedure itself was actually enjoyable and the recovery has been more than manageable (even with me being 33 years old & having the possible risk of having a harder recovery at an older age.) I am currently on day 3 of my recovery and am already feeling so much better. I fully believe a huge contributor to this is because Dr. Dudziak is so incredibly skilled and gifted at what he does. (I have also religiously followed all of my post op care instructions they gave me). My experience with IEOMFS was all in all exceptional from the front desk, to the surgery, to my post op care as well. They are so incredibly thorough and on top on every single detail: - They sent in my prescriptions 5 days prior to surgery - called me to make sure I had them prior to surgery - answered all of my questions (I had way too many ) - gave me a ton of post op goodies (head wrap that holds cold packs that you can also use for warm packs, extra cold/warm packs, chapstick, a smoothie, a thank you card and other supplies for post op care). - The evening after my procedure I had a question about a prescription .. my husband left a message after-hours and they called him back quickly to answer the question even after-hours! -They called me day 2 to check in on me and see how I was doing. I have had 3 c-sections and never in my life have I experienced this kind of care and attention to detail pre op, during surgery or post op. Their service is top notch and so on point it's honestly amazing and deserves to be recognized. I have learned in life that there are certain things you truly do get what you pay for with (tattoos, car repairs and dental care). My experience and procedure I had done here was worth every single penny and I would choose IEOMFS and Dr. Dudziak a thousand times over. I will absolutely be referring all of my friends/family here and have already started telling the people I know that need their wisdom teeth taken care of to go here. A huge thank you to you all for giving me such an incredible experience I cannot thank you enough!! Every single one of you are absolutely amazing and I will forever be grateful for you and my experience at IEOMFS!

Enter Dr. Matt Dudziak: a god amongst men. I was genuinely shocked by how easy he made the whole thing. As someone who's never even had a filling, I was nervous going in. But the process? Virtually pain-free. He was reassuring, funny, and made me feel completely at ease the entire time. They even played my favorite music as they treated me. The care and communication were top-notch from start to finish. Even through my after care. The office is state of the art and uses the latest technology to maximum benefit. Five stars ain't enough. If I had any artistic skill, I'd build a small statue of this man in my front yard. Highly, highly recommended.

The office is very clean and pleasant, Hannah, his assistant, was so accommodating that she even asked me for my music preference to play during the procedure. This was my second extraction by Dr. Kim. The first being three years ago. An infected lower molar was extracted quickly and the infected area was treated with no pain experienced, only a very little pressure was felt. The second extraction was two days ago. This time an upper molar broke off making the extraction more challenging. My sinus area was also involved and inflamed. Once again no pain was felt and both procedures were performed using local anesthesia. I was given the option of general anesthesia but declined it both times with no regrets. Recovery has been quick for both extractions with minimal bleeding the first half hour when changing the gauze. No pain medications have been needed for both procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Kim to all my friends and family. I was referred here both times by my regular dentist, Dr. Lawrence Wong, who only has the highest regard for Dr. Kim and his staff.

In addition to the standard costs associated with treatment, I was informed of a $7,500 "surgical planning fee," along with other charges that are not covered by insurance. As a result, my out-of-pocket costs for an otherwise covered jaw surgery would exceed $10,000. None of the other surgeons I consulted with assessed similar fees. I am also disappointed by the delays surrounding my imaging refund. In March, I was advised that the imaging costs would be refunded once the insurance claim was processed. I received confirmation is was processed in April. It is now nearly July, and I have been told that it may take an additional 30 to 45 days to receive reimbursement.

The molar had been bothering me for years but I finally decided to do something about it. When I had my X-ray taken, Dr. Gilbert showed me that the molar and surrounding gum tissue were infected and that my body has been fighting an active infection! I had been feeling more run-down than usual this past year I thought that it could be this molar; I was relieved to discover that I was right. I immediately scheduled a surgery date for the extraction, bone graft, and ensuing dental implant. Dr. Gilbert told me that I would feel so much better after getting the molar removed. The day arrived and I had my molar removed as a well as the bone graft. Dr. Gilbert was right, I felt so much better immediately after surgery! I didn't bleed much and didn't have much swelling. Moreover, I barely had any pain and only had to take one Motrin the first day - which I took preemptively but I probably didn't need it. About a month ago, I went back for the dental implant procedure. The X-ray showed that my bone graft was adequate and I went right into surgery. After the second surgery, I was grateful to experience a similar result as the first surgery - very little bleeding, pain, or swelling. I just went in for my 4 week follow-up and my implant healed nicely, so nicely in fact that my gums healed over the implant! I have a bone-disease similar to osteoporosis and I'm very particular about who I choose to operate on me. Dr. Gilbert presented himself as professional, confident, and most importantly capable of meeting the challenge of performing a successful dental implant procedure on me. Thank you, Dr. Gilbert! And also thank you to all of the staff and dental assistants who are all very pleasant and respectful of their patient's time!

This is my 2nd time getting braces (lost my retainers in high school and teeth shifted) and my son's 1st and last time . From the very first visit, Edina made us feel welcomed and taken care of. Checking in for appointments and scheduling future appointments has been completely stress-free. My son and I mostly followed up with Dr. B., who is very knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely someone who cares about his patients. He takes the time to explain the treatment process clearly and always makes his patients feel comfortable and confident during appointments. It's rare to find someone so patient, attentive, and dedicated to excellent customer service. My daughter was referred to Abari Orthodontics for an oral surgery consultation regarding the…read moreextraction of my 8-year-old daughter's severely decayed permanent molar (#14). Before we could even be seen by the oral surgeon, I was told that she needed an orthodontic consultation first. As expected, because my daughter is only 8 years old and still has many primary teeth, we were told she was not a candidate for orthodontic treatment at this time. We then had to schedule yet another appointment to finally see the oral surgeon--the very reason we were referred to the office in the first place. During the oral surgery consultation, the doctor agreed that the tooth needed to be extracted but recommended a bone graft that was not covered by insurance. When I asked whether the extraction could be performed without the bone graft, I was told by the treatment coordinator that the doctor would not perform the extraction unless the bone graft was also completed. As a parent, I wanted to understand the specific clinical reason for that decision. I requested written documentation explaining why the bone graft was necessary in my daughter's case and why treatment would be denied without it. Instead, I was provided with paperwork recommending a second opinion, which did not answer the questions I had asked. My concern is not that a bone graft was recommended. My concern is that I was unable to obtain a clear explanation of the clinical findings supporting the recommendation or the reason extraction alone was not considered an option. When parents are being asked to approve a procedure that is not covered by insurance and comes with a significant out-of-pocket cost, they deserve a clear and detailed explanation. Having worked in the dental field myself, I understand how insurance reimbursement and contracted fee schedules work. In some cases, additional procedures that are not covered by insurance can create significant out-of-pocket expenses for families, particularly when patients have state-provided insurance or plans that reimburse at contracted rates (HMO). While I cannot speak to the intentions of this office, the situation raised concerns for me because the recommended treatment involved an additional non-covered expense, yet I was unable to obtain a clear explanation of why it was required before the extraction could be performed. Parents should be aware of this and feel comfortable asking detailed questions whenever additional out-of-pocket procedures are recommended. I encourage other parents to ask questions, request copies of radiographs, seek second opinions when appropriate, and make sure they fully understand the rationale behind any recommended treatment before proceeding.
