Serviceman took pictures and verified internal transformer and outside contact leads were damaged, one wire had burned, although capacitor was operable, but good assessment by the serviceman proved it was a gonner! I only chose another company to replace it was due to the repairman you receive to fix the unit, who was great!!! and I felt like I could trust him, is not the same folks who will come for an install of furnace/AC...
