Questions were answered right away. They had a quick and easy set up and were friendly in person. I had a party for my 2 year old with about 10 kids, all under the age of 6. A couple of adults were in the jumper with the kids and they all had a great time. The jumper was clean and didn't need any maintenance before hand. Quick to respond, seemed eager for the business. We scheduled for 10am three weeks in advance. Night prior a text to say they would deliver between 10:30-11:30. They showed up after 11 and my set up crew was just available until 11:30, party started at noon, and that was anxiety creating. Followed up with a 7am call that they were on the way to pick up tent, tables and chairs. Because the early hours after hosting a party being woken up is pretty inconsiderate. By far best customer service, very fair prices, and are very accommodating !! I originally had another rental place but communication was not the best and it was taking so long to get an invoice. Two weeks before the party, I finally just went ahead and looked around for other places. Out of everyone, I immediately felt comfortable, communication was fast, invoice was made, and on top of that, I asked if they could do balloons and backdrop since the other rental place did as well and they said YES! They were not pushy at all and they were so nice about everything. Unlike some who just give you a quote or who wont budge, like no emotion, they just want your money. I didnt see any photos online on their website for balloons and a backdrop but I figured I would just ask because I wanted a one stop shop that would be able to do it all! So I know they went the extra mile! They have customized packages and deals already which makes it so much easier. So do not hesitate to ask! I was getting quotes for way higher. Some quotes were a little less but I didnt mind paying extra just for their customer service and I know they are legit, no scams. Very professional. So I HIGHLY recommend! read more
