We received their quote on April 6th, their first day of work was April 9th, with startup on April 27th. In that time, they demoed the substandard work and replaced it with a stunningly beautiful tile install, then acrylic lace, then pebble. (The only thing that was salvageable from the previous pool company was the chip out and waterline tile.) That's 21 days from quote through pool startup. Amazing! Wonderful communication throughout (thank you Debbie). What they said would happen, schedule-wise, happened - every time. After several days and multiple unanswered phone calls, I decided to turn the spa back on myself just to see what would happen -- and unexpectedly, it worked perfectly. Several more days later, the owner finally contacted me to "discuss repairs," which by that point were apparently no longer necessary for reasons that were never explained to me. Based on this experience, I would strongly discourage others from using this company.

We pay for the service every month through our rental agreement and we expected to have a nice looking pool for the summer in order for this to happen I have to go out there myself a sweep and vacuum the bottom of the pool. I have asked several times for him to sweep the bottom of the pool in which he said I'll be there tomorrow to tend to the pool and then again on the normal day. Overall, they are professional and prompt, and my pool always looks fantastic. I can tell because I receive weekly reports. While I should have left them a review years ago, their recent supererogatory service prompted me to do so now. On Friday, I received a call from Troy telling me that the entire water line had been shut off - both to the house and outdoors. This is a big deal with a property with a pool! I called the PM, and the assistant director of property management had no idea how to handle it. Well, something needs to be done soon because if the water runs low, my pool equipment could be jeopardized! Since I am far and since the PM is poorly run, I called back Troy asking for advice. He offered to turn off the pump for me. This entailed an extra drive over, on a weekend, to turn off the pump. When he got there, he found the pump was struggling to pull water as the water had fallen below the skimmer. If this wasn't found and corrected when it was, the pump would have gone out, which would of costed me thousands of dollars. So, thank you Troy! Your going above and beyond is greatly appreciated.
