Also, beware, in the middle of a seemingly great relationship, they may decide at one weeks notice to " change the service area" and stick you with a new pool company in your " area". Its a company they decided was good- without any notice or permission to give all your personal info, including phone number to. It was odd and awkward as a customer. These two situations, really sour what they present as a customer service focused company. Also, specifically Alyssa Brennan- she does all the scheduling, she is also sweet as pie until you actually are in need, and her communication over time gets less friendly and more demanding.

Overall, they are professional and prompt, and my pool always looks fantastic. I can tell because I receive weekly reports. While I should have left them a review years ago, their recent supererogatory service prompted me to do so now. On Friday, I received a call from Troy telling me that the entire water line had been shut off - both to the house and outdoors. This is a big deal with a property with a pool! I called the PM, and the assistant director of property management had no idea how to handle it. Well, something needs to be done soon because if the water runs low, my pool equipment could be jeopardized! Since I am far and since the PM is poorly run, I called back Troy asking for advice. He offered to turn off the pump for me. This entailed an extra drive over, on a weekend, to turn off the pump. When he got there, he found the pump was struggling to pull water as the water had fallen below the skimmer. If this wasn't found and corrected when it was, the pump would have gone out, which would of costed me thousands of dollars. So, thank you Troy! Your going above and beyond is greatly appreciated.

He told me he does not travel to my area, since he has enough work in his town. He was honest and helpful. I finally found Trusted Pools thru a neighbor. She just had Trusted Pools service her pool and was happy. I called them and immediately got a return call from Trindal. I explained what I wanted and she recommended a chlorine wash versus acid wash as my pool did not have any stains, just dirt from 4 years of use. They also bead blasted my tiles to remove the scales. I was very impressed with this family owned business. They are honest and fair in their prices. After talking to my neighbor who referred me, I too signed up for their monthly service. It may seem more expensive them the large companies, but, there are no hidden fees. The monthly service includes drain pool every 4 years, all chemicals, vacuum, brush, etc. From the first call to having a clean fresh looking pool was only a week!

I went through RNW pools for a pool repair project as a new homeowner. The pool I own is about 15…read moreyears old and looks like it was never drained or tiles cleaned of mineral buildup.. I'm sure we all know just how bad the water is out here in AZ, so you can imagine how unappealing my pool looked after years of neglect. Josh, the owner, was very responsive when I asked for a quote and came out I think the next day after I messaged him to look at my pool in person. He measured out the linear feet of my pool, answered questions I had about pool maintenance, and gave me a fair quote for the services I needed, based off pool size. I ended up getting my pool drained, tiles bead blasted, 5 loose tiles glued back on, gaps in the grout caulked, and starter chemicals added to my pool once it was filled with water. Josh even came by and vacuumed up the debris left in my pool from the days after poolwork. For the grout work, RNW subcontracted another pool company to come in to handle that task, and to be honest, I was not happy with the quality that pool company provided. But when I reached out to RNW about the subcontractor issue, Josh immediately made it right.
