I took it in on a Tuesday and Thursday it was fixed and ready to go, $40.00 + tax. They put a new gearbox in it and only charged me for parts. Today, 2 months later I called to see if they were still doing service calls, they said yes and could stop by today. They called and said they were on their way. The first thing he said was I didn't have enough water in my pool. He showed me how to work the timer, the valves and he lubricated the top of the basket on the filter. No charge. Seriously, if you need work done on your pool or on your pool equipment, call Norris pools. Good honest people to work with.

The tech Richard was very patient as he explained to me. What needed to be repaired and got it all done the same day as the initial visit which worked out because he didn't have to order parts. He came prepared. He took time to also explain a few other things to help my pull vacuum, run more efficiently and made some suggestions. Very pleased with this company. He tore it apart and one of the wheels fell off. One of the reasons it wasn't working. He went out and got the part, came back, assembled the robo vac again and it's working fine. He also checked my water and showed me how to operate the timer and emptied out my filter basket. All of this for an extremely reasonable price. I'll be sure to call him again for my pool needs.

My complaint is with the new pricing... They did increase the cost of the cleaning which I can appreciate as everyone is raising prices and if that had been all, would still be using them. What grinds my gears is the added $75.00 trip charge now in place. They did several hot tubes in my area and each of us paid the trip charge. So, they made an extra $150.00+ or more on the same trip. To me this almost price gouging. All of use where within 10 miles of each other, we are only 33.2 miles from the office. They have to drive farther to north Phoenix. When we first came into the store, Henry was so thorough in his explanation of the different features of the spa we were interested in purchasing. The electrician (Nick) and the landscape person who installed our patio extension(Jose) who were recommended to us by Henry and Jeremy were also terrific. Once we had the spa delivered, I had some questions about some of the features of the tub, chemicals, as well as a small issue with one of the diverters that was leaking. I drove over to Southwest Spa to speak to someone in person, and Jeremy was kind enough to take the time to answer my questions, and also instructed me how to fix the diverter leak when I got home, and it worked perfectly after that.
