Took CAPRI from Fenney to MCO airport Tuesday morning. Vehicle was more than comfortable. The driver was excellent and extremely friendly! He even showed up early for our morning ride. We loved it all, and will use them again in a heartbeat! Return trip yesterday was equally as excellent! Our flight landed 35 minutes early, and William was ready and waiting when we got our bags. Do not do business with this man. Do not work for him either. Not only is he the rudest, most hostile employer I ever had, he's downright dishonest. His vehicles are poorly maintained and at least one- the Chrysler 300 has been riding around with an expired plate for the past two months. He's a liar and does not play fair. He does have some very good reviews, but that's only because he has good people that eventually, quit- just like I did. He straight up stole my paychecks when I left the company. I contacted Capri to use their services to take my elderly parents to airport. SALVATORE CAPRIGLIONE is the owner and charge my credit card an unauthorized amount for TIP. This is Fraud. I requested a refund and he declined. Most important is the vehicle his employee used was a Black Chevy suburban that had fumes coming through the vent. It made me and my family members sick. When we were dropped off at the airport all of us felt sick. His vehicle is a high risk to public health and should be investigation by the State or federal agency that regulates these services. read more

Better communication between the driver and client. Had a 4AM pick up with no confirmation call or text. Had an 11:30 PM pick up with no call or text. Had to call to confirm with dispatcher before I boarded my 8:30PM flight. Also, a cruise port pick up that was a disaster. No call, no show from the driver. Would not recommend Capri for your transportation needs. Upon arriving on flight at MCO attempted to contact driver per confirmation paperwork. Unable to contact driver nor leave a message as mailbox full. Finally able to contact driver and told that owner assigned a new driver but he didn't know who or the contact info. Was unable to contact Sal the owner probably 15-20 calls to two office numbers. No answer. After lengthy wait with no contacts had to use Uber for return to The Villages. Owner was very very unresponsive and quite indignant and ultimately said passenger was just too impatient. No reimbursement for Capri's failure to meet commitment. Never to use Capri again. Also pick up from the airport was on time, it was midnight and when we called the driver he was already waiting for us. It is price and you expect the best service. I have used Capri for several years and they have always been reliable. However, recently a friend was charged for a trip she didn't take. She eventually got most of her money back (the owner shorted her $20 and accused her neighbor of stealing it from the envelope). Looking for a way to get to the Orlando Airport stress free? I would recommend Capri Transportation. Very reliable service, friendly and attentive drivers. We were treated like royalty from start to finish. The nice gentleman showed up a few minutes early. Offered to help us get our pets in the carriers, and loaded everything inside the SUV. He even seat- belted the two cat carriers in the far back seat. He was so polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company to everyone and anyone. Call Capri when you need transportation. They arrived on time, in a very clean and attractive car. Took us to OIB. On our return trip, the plane was 5 hours late and a different flight number from the one we originally had. I let them know, and the driver was there at midnight, with a smile on her face, and brought us home quickly and safely. We will certainly call them the next time we travel. read more

If I could give this company zero stars, I would. I have been battling with this owner for almost 3 months for a refund that he admitted IN WRITING that he owed us. They never picked up my family for a flight and as a result, we had to pay an extremely costly Uber charge and endure the most horrific experience at MCO. We nearly missed our flight. The worst part was that they kept lying to us and giving us all kinds of excuses about why they were running late (needed gas, traffic, got lost, etc.). The truth was, there WAS NO DRIVER. The owner is deceitful and has lied to us repeatedly. He has promised us time and time again he will issue us a refund and we have seen not one cent. Do not trust this company - not only will they not show up, but they will take your money and run. I have notified the BBB and the Attorney General's Office. read more

Look for another company. The owner (Sal) will stick it to you. He will mess up your transportation dates, so you don't even know if your going to get picked up. He sends you multiple emails, conformations and then will charge your card a few times for the trip. Dont't give him your card number because he keeps it on file and charges your card a few times. We even got charged for trips we didn't even have. We emailed and called him asked for a refund and he just avoids phone calls and hangs up on you. He says he has girls in the office , but all the calls and transactions go through him. He should not be in business because his company is just a scam. read more

Just OK, not exceptional or acceptable at all when your told of a premium service & then up pulls a 12 passenger van to pick up 2 people. Then to charge $150.00 just because its Christmas when they already had a return pick up at OLA scheduled. Plus if we would not have called the day before & found out that they didn't even have us scheduled when we had call & scheduled over a month ago. As the previous review stated, we received no confirmation & no calls from anyone. the only thing I got was hung up on when I called to question about the van, the lateness & the high cost, guess I will take his recommendation & take the Village shuttle next time like he stated to me as he HUNG-UP on me. The only reason for 4 stars is because no one ever called me or emailed me to tell me who my driver or how I was to meet them or confirm my trips. I had to call for both my outbound and return trips. When using a premium service, I need reassurance someone is going to be there. As a female passenger, I need to know who is picking me up. Car smelled like smoke. Driver was late picking me up. He didn't have address right. I called to cancel return trip. They didn't want to refund my money, only give a credit. The owner promised to refund, and pick me up himself in his best car to make it right. He sent a 19 year old kid that sped 55 mph in a 35. The car had a transmission that slipped. They then still charged me. When I called to address it. The owner said all I did was complain. He told me he was the best in the business, told me he would refund my money and hung up on me. These people charge $100 one way. That's too much money for that nonsense. read more

Absolute worst service imaginable. The driver, Posie, ignored Waze our entire drive to Sanford Airport. A drive that started off as a 1 hr 32 min has now turned into an over 3 hr drive., eliminating the possibility of making our flight. We asked the driver when he started ignoring Waze and we noticed the ETA increasing if he knew where he was going. The owner Sal was rude and disrespectful as was the driver. The one star in this review is only for the driver! He was a nice guy and apologized the entire way to the airport for the asinine behavior of the owner of the company. This company is a complete dumpster fire and I would not waste your time on booking any transportation through it! To start with, It took me at least five tries to finally get a hold of a live person and there was never a voicemail that identified the company as Capri. I was unsure that I was even calling the right place. They were quick to charge my card $150 for two people(without telling me the price first, and which was at least $50 over the price of anywhere 10 times more classy that I have used on Christmas day in the past.) As I have read in other reviews, there was no communication or follow up by the owner to confirm pick up or identify what car/driver was picking them up so I called to confirm my pick up with Capri. I couldn't believe it, they had no reservation for me at all. The owner acted like it was no big deal and told me he would call me back. Some lady followed up with me to get the information on my pick up time again (but the company did not care enough to even get my name correct) Furthermore, This company boasts as a "premier car service" and show a lot of pictures of luxury cars on the website and yet, they showed up to pick two people up 10 minutes late and in a cargo van. And yes, they were late, so I again had to call the owner to find out what the situation was. He again acted like it was no big deal and assured me that the driver was on his way but late (a courtesy call would have been nice after what we had already been through!) When my family spoke to the owner on the phone after our pick up, the owner told him to go back to using Workman Transportation and hung up on him. I used Capri on a recommendation and this was a huge fail! I would not recommend this place and will never use it again. The owner is classless and cares nothing about the people. I would however recommend using Workman Transport (the old Villages shuttle) I have never any issue like this in the 10 years I have used them. read more
