Especially the employee in line at customer service. I have to let you know. I absolutely hate your BS coupons that I have to do all the work for to get discount. Why do you advertise something at the discounted coupon? Only price? Why do I have to enter my phone number? If I still have to click the coupon. This is such a stupid system. But you say it's so easy just go through and click the coupons that you need. do you know that you have over 400 coupons per week in the app that's almost a full-time job just to click coupons to get 2 to 3 dollars off per item. Part is you advertise that price and I assume that it's the Fred Meyer use your rewards card price. Because obviously they're clearly labeled. That was sarcasm. They are never clearly labeled half the time they haven't even taken the sale price down from the week prior. It was made through the app and I could edit it in the app until the purchase was actually made. I received an email with a link but it doesn't take my to my receipt. Customer service helped me with my request and said they would send a pdf copy of my receipt. They never did this. Instead I'm now getting an email from someone saying I owe the store more money. They acknowledge I was charged $74.73, they won't tell me how much more I owe, and they're asking permission to charge me more. Even my email with my receipt says the final amount was $74.73.
