It's worth a visit if you've never been. A different kind of shopping. Good grocery choices of fresh food. Some weird brands I'm not familiar with on the shelves. James, the manager, was degrading in his tone to her, in front of multiple people including customers like myself, and said "did you get all the carts?" To which she responded "I came in to try to..." and then he interrupted her again, in an aggressive tone, and said "did you get ALL the carts? Go back out there." Dude. Come on. Be a better human. I realize I don't know the back story, but I'm a leader of an organization too and this was absolutely sickening. If you needed to make a correction it should have been in private. Also- It's cold, the CARTS are not a big deal- humans are. If the carts are a big deal, put some gloves on and go help your employees- it's not rocket science. When I went out to help her because she was clearly embarrassed, she was nearly in tears. I absolutely plan to contact higher management and report this abusive behavior- by the way, multiple employees witnessed it and I have their names too. Do better. Be better. Or find another job where you don't have the privileged RESPONSIBILITY to be a leader of humans.

So I declined to fill the prescription indicated that I was going to transfer it to another . When I tried to get the name of the prescription, the gentleman at the window told me I had to go get back in line. So I just point in time. I pulled into space number 17 and checked in with the color of my car. My check-in time was 6:23 PM. I waited and waited and waited. A guy came out with groceries and asked me for my pin number from the order and I gave it to him and he said oh I don't have the right order and will be out in a little bit. I waited and waited and waited. The lady next to me got her groceries after pulling in after me and said I may want to call the store number and let them know you've been waiting for over an hour. I did that at least four times and no answer. A guy was delivering groceries to someone else's car and I went over to him and I said it's been well over an hour and I still don't have my groceries and he said he would check into it next and bring them out. I waited another 15 minutes. I put in a call to the one 800 customer service and got a guy on the phone and he asked me all my information and he said he would check me in and I said I already did that at 6:23 PM. And he said he would do it again and by that time the guy finally came out with my groceries and he says well you have everything. I said well I'm not happy with the service and I feel as though I deserve something because my time is just as valuable as everybody else and it was clearly a complete screwup on their end. I said I'm not satisfied with that. He says well that's all he can do and I said it's not acceptable and I expect something and he hung up the phone on me. I went into the grocery store and talked to the manager and of course she wasn't very helpful. She said they had a refrigerator problem and the people had to run back back-and-forth in the store, not my problem. I got some sorry and there was nothing she could do so clearly she didn't care either. I called the one 800 customer service number back again and talk to a gentleman. explained the situation all over again. I said I feel as though my time is valuable and I'm not satisfied with how I was treated by anybody so far so he offered me a $10 coupon. To be honest with you, not looking to get my groceries for free, but certainly my time is worth more than $10 but at least he was decent to talk to and tried his best. It was a miserable order experience and doubt I would ever use it again if that's how they treat a so-called Walmart plus customer for their screw ups

A sign at the cheese kiosk advertised 20% off Murray's Cambozola Black Label if you have a Fred…read moreMeyer loyalty card, which I do have. The unit price on the label/sticker was $24.99/lb. That's the price if you don't have the loyalty card and, thus, don't get the discount. The sticker then went on to show the "price with card," i.e., the discounted price, i.e. the 20% off price. And that unit price showed as $20.69/lb. That's a discount, yes, but it's not a 20% discount. To simplify, let's say the un-discounted unit price was $25/lb (a penny more than the actual un-discounted price). What's 20% of $25? Five dollars. So the discounted price with loyalty card should have been $20/lb. Another sign at the kiosk advertised 20% off Murray's Aged Manchego. Same problem: Fred's system didn't calculate the 20% correctly. The un-discounted unit price was $26.99/lb., but the same sticker showed the price with card to be $23.59/lb. Twenty percent off $26.99 is $21.59, not $23.59. So, I was being charged $2 more per pound than the advertised price on the sign right there at the kiosk. The nice young woman at the cheese kiosk seemed to understand what I explained to her in person, but she said she couldn't change the pricing; all the cheese sales staff does is weigh the portions and their system spits out a label. So I spoke in person to the man at the customer service counter, who also told me he couldn't change the pricing system and he didn't think anyone else in the store could, either. He noted that the PLU number on the sign didn't match the PLU on the sticker affixed to the hunk of cheese. I phoned and spoke with a grocery manager who did not listen, tried to say I misunderstood, then hung up on me. Then I phoned the 800 number and, once I got past the automated answering system and spoke to a person, she listened, seemed to understand, and said she'd pursue it. Bottom line for you, other Freddie's patrons, is: Check the math on the advertised discount. Make sure that the discount shown on the label agrees with the advertised discount.

Like any North American Costco I've been to, I was able to find exactly what I needed without help. The design layout is easy and you can find all essentials here. Plenty of parking. I really do love this location just because it's not remotely busy. The parking lot can seem busy but inside it feels like most everyone knows what they're looking for and can maneuver their carts like experts. I found lots of good snacks and drinks for my family and found tons of dairy, egg and nut free choices. Redbull was its typical price here. I am awaiting for them to one day put the sugar free pink version on their floor. My cool finds included a case of pretzels and Jamaican beef patties. The lines here have been fast. Everyone was friendly to me, especially the young lady checking receipts at the exit.
