Chicken pasta
Leonor G.

We stopped in for a late lunch or early dinner. We got our drinks, which were ok. My husband ordered the Fried Rice, which was too sweet. I ordered the Chicken Pasta, which was perfect. Not sure if we will be returning. The menu did not have much to pick from. It appears to be more of a bar hangout place. Service was slow, but it seemed that we came when everyone was starting their shift.

a burger and french fries

Came in from out of town, looking for a good bar and grill for dinner! Boneless wings for an appetizer, excellent fresh and hot. Dinner was the house burger with fries. Excellent food, drinks were a little pricey other than that great service!!

That's it this is all it Come with

Tried to give this place the benifit of the doubt. 6 mediocre popcorn shrimp for 13$???? I can't. They say jumbo but this is litterally two pop corn shrimp infused together. The bar and drinks is the only good part. The servers are amazing too Suggestions : change the pricing it's a bit much for mediocre foods.

Friday Fish Special
Stephanie G.

I enjoyed dinner and live music here on a Friday evening. The wings were a great appetizer. For my meal I ordered the Friday special - fish and chips for $9.99. I like that you could choose for the fish to be fried, grilled or blackened. Overall, I thought the food and service were good. The band that was performing played great music and was fun to watch.

$19.99 Prime Rib was a HUGE mistake

Prime rib special $19.99 Big mistake This is a dive bar! Then I go straight to Millers Ale House and they have a great 12 oz. Prime Rib special on Thursdays too except it's only $13.99

I had a coupon for this place and since it was a half hour from my house, waited until deadline to come for the first time. Well it didn't disappoint. The best part of it was the waitress. Super informative and friendly. Breanna was her name and she couldn't have been more accommodating. From suggestions, noticing I got skimped on French fries (which I was actually happy about because I was trying to lose weight) but she brought us a fresh batch. She also let us sample to soup of the day. But it was the attitude and friendliness that was amazing. It was very inexpensive for happy hour too! Open to 7:00 pm is happy hour. I'd love to come back when a band comes.

Monkeys!

Came to The Blue Monkey for the Monday night special. My mom and dad's favorite place in Naples FL. Buy two of the Monday night filet specials ($17.99) and get a complimentary bottle of house wine. This filet was the most tender and amazing steak ever. Seriously. Whomever is cooking these things to order in the back deserves an award. Better than Malones or Tony's in Lexington KY (my frame of reference). A nice neighborhood sports bar located by a Winn Dixie (the best supermarket the South has to offer), I'm having the most enjoyable Monday night I can remember. And it's not just the wine talking. Thank you Blue Monkey. I love monkeys. And the color blue...

Buttermilk dipped, fried chicken sandwich was good.

A-OK sports bar. Fairly busy place on a Wednesday at lunch hour, with a broad mix of age groups. Appeared to have a good crowd of local, loyal regulars. Why? Friendly, engaging servers with decent food at decent prices. He had the London Port Dip ... thinly sliced prime rib, topped with sautéed onions and smoked Provolone cheese, served on grilled garlic bread, served with a port wine au jus. The meat was juicy and tender. A four star sandwich. She had the Honey Crisp Chicken Sandwich, a buttermilk dipped, fried chicken breast a home made honey sauce, bacon and Provolone served on a Kaiser bun. A three star selection. The "Trio Fries" selection of potato and sweet potato fries with fried zucchini was likely standard frozen fare and pretty much "meh". They could step things up a notch with fresh, hand-cut fries. It is a strip mall with outdoor seating overlooking a strip mall parking lot, but if you are looking for a place to share a drink, a decent meal and maybe watch a game with friends, this place fits the bill.

Great specials!

Awesome food and service. Highly recommend the London port steak sandwich as it was the best I've had in years. Service was great as well.

Although the restaurant is small, the flavor is big! The menu has a good variety of pizza, calzone, salads and even a few subs. The pizza with the cauliflower crust was interesting and so was the Sicilian, but we decided on the usual pepperoni. This was a great choice, the flavors were balanced and the crust is true New York style, both crusty and chewy. It's one of the best pizza crusts I've found in Naples, IMO New York crusts make the best pizza. Service was fast and the staff is great, it's obvious they make a lot of pizzas here and know their stuff. If you like New York style pizza, this is a place to check out.

From the moment we sat down, the energy and ambiance set the tone -- lively, authentic, and exactly what you hope for in a great Italian spot. The food was exceptional across the board. The chicken parm was perfectly prepared, the carbonara rich and authentic, and the chicken piccata balanced beautifully with bright, fresh flavors. Every dish felt like it was made with real care and tradition. Dessert took it to another level -- the gelato was fantastic, but the real highlight was the tableside homemade tiramisu, which was both impressive and absolutely delicious. A perfect ending... until the espresso martinis arrived. Smooth, well-crafted, and honestly some of the best we've had. What truly made the night unforgettable was the service. Leonardo -- straight from Amalfi, Italy -- delivered one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. Attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm, he elevated the entire evening. Great food, incredible service, and an outstanding vibe. We'll absolutely be back.

I must have made a face when I took my first sip as the bartender asked me if I liked it. Actually I didn't, It might be the worst I have ever drank, and I order them all the time. He asked what he could do to make it better, and I didn't really know what was wrong with it. Maybe there wasn't any simple syrup? We were fortunately seated outside, as it was very noisy inside. We had a great table and our server came with our menu and the wine list as well as some crusty bread. There are numerous salads, appetizers, entrees, and even pizza on the menu. I started with a Caesar salad, which I thought was super pricey, but was very good. I was able to enjoy it before I ordered my entree. I chose the gnocchi and a glass of wine. The gnocchi came out in minutes and was some of the lightest, fluffiest gnocchi I have had since New York City ages ago. Good choice. The server wasn't rushing us, but let us enjoy our meal at our pace, which was refreshing. Overall, nice experience.

The atmosphere is cozy with warm lighting, making it a good spot to relax and enjoy a meal. There is also a bar area with TVs, which felt a little different from the typical Italian vibe, but it did not take away from the experience. Service was friendly, but it was a busy Saturday night and you could definitely feel it. Everything moved a bit slower, and we had to wait about 10 to 15 minutes for the check at the end because our server was not around. We started with the meatballs in red sauce and really enjoyed them. Simple, flavorful, and a great appetizer to share. One thing I was not expecting was being charged for the bread. It was fresh and good, but it is not something I usually associate with Italian restaurants. For the main course, we had the cacio e pepe. The flavor was there, but the sauce was a bit too liquid for my preference. It is a difficult dish to get right, and while it was good, I think it could have been a little better. The tiramisu was absolutely the highlight. The balance between the cream and the ladyfingers was spot on, and it ended up being my favorite thing we ordered. Overall, good location, nice atmosphere, and solid food. The tiramisu is the one thing I would absolutely come back for.
