We met some friends here in town; first time here; very nice upscale place with upscale prices. Food was very good, there's something for everyone on the menu. Our server was great, drinks were amazing

I ordered the pan seared red snapper entree and really enjoyed it! Our server AJ was so fun and had amazing energy! He helped with the over all experience. We got to the restaurant later in the evening but the overall ambiance was still great! I would have loved a little more salt with my dish which is why I gave a 4 rating, but I do understand people's salt intake is different.

We had appetizers for dinner. The Ahi stack, the Coconut Shrimp and the Margarita Pizza. Plenty of food for the 2 of us. Now let's talk apps. The Ahi stack presented well, it was laying on some soba noodles and I tasted mango in it. I think next time I will go with the ahi dinner plate. The pieces were on the small side so we had a hard time actually getting a good taste . We had 5 coconut shrimps. They were hot when they arrived and I really liked the aioli sauce. It was very pretty ( see my pictures) the margarita was just right the pesto was not overpowering which suited me fine because I am not a pesto person. Our server was Emily. She was good and attentive. Over all we would give the food the following rating: taste 8. The presentation 9. Value 8. Not sure I liked paying for a glass of water - most water in Americas restaurants are free. Love the wine!

It's a beautiful bar, but there is limited seating and when they're at capacity they lock the door, so be patient and suggest coming in a smaller group. Humungous menu with tons of styles of cocktails for all palates, really inventive, and it does seem to change often. I got a tiki drink which was a twist on a zombie and it was AMAZING, tasty and unique plus it was lit on fire ha! My husband got another fun cocktail. They were maybe a little pricey but for fancy cocktails with many ingredients, plus the showmanship, this seemed par for this type of place. Staff is very friendly, loved our server and shout out to bartender Justin - I hope he comes to visit Idle Hour up in Baltimore! Note that they don't serve food at all and some of their drinks are BOOZY so be mindful! Overall just a really great bar with unique drinks in a swanky environment. Top notch experience.

These folks understand the meaning of craft cocktails, complete with making as many of their own ingredients/mix-ins as possible. We were lucky as we were able to just walk in and pick any table we liked at 8pm on a Wednesday. I guess it can get quite busy at times. The chartreuse colored chairs and gorgeous stained glass lights told me instantly that we came to the right place. They have an extensive cocktail list, but that didn't stop me from ordering something not on the menu. They had no questions or problems making it. My spouse also ordered something not on the menu that was recommended to her by someone that had it once here before when it was one of their seasonal specials. Once again, not a challenge for these master bartenders. Everyone was upbeat and clearly enjoying what they do. Looking forward to getting back the next time I'm in Bonita.

This is a large restaurant with plenty of room for guests. We found a table and got fast service, I decided on the fish and chips, while hubs got the fish sandwich. They have a good selection of drinks including craft beers. As you might expect, they offer standard bar food, sandwiches, appetizers and salads. The fish I got had a nice and flavorful crispy crust and the fries were pretty good too. The slaw had a taste that I couldn't quite get, hubs tried it and said the same thing. He liked his fish sandwich and we both liked their tartar sauce, but a pass on the slaw . It's a good restaurant though and has lots of tv's to keep you entertained. An added touch is the breathalyzer by the door. This is the first time I've seen one, but it's probably a good thing. South Street is a place to watch the game, have lunch and sample those craft beers.

We were seated and had our drinks within a couple of minutes. The menu has a lot of choices, but we went with the long time favorite, spicy tuna roll and bento box lunches. The tuna roll was delicious and made fresh with quality ingredients. There is nothing worse than expecting fresh sushi and getting that slightly off tase. This was a good start to the bento boxes, which didn't disappoint. For starters we had the miso soup, which was better than many miso soups we've had in the past, it was very fresh and flavorful. The Mongolian beef and California roll were flavorful and the gyoza was crisp. Hubs liked the salmon and tuna roll that his bento box came with. They also offer a variety of sushi rolls, Asian grill entrees like NY steak and shrimp, or Nigiri/Sashimi which I always remind my husband not to order, since this never fills him up and he eats half of my dinner. His answer is he developed a taste when he was in Japan and it's now his favorite dish. In addition to all the tasty food, the restaurant has a relaxing atmosphere, the staff is friendly and helpful and this is a place that you look forward to visiting again.

It was a Thursday night, we were a group of 6: 3 couples. Javier's attention to customer service allowed us time to sit and chat, catchup and enjoy each other's company without being pushy, overly friendly or rushing us. Each couple ordered their own mix of entrees, sushi and appetizers. All came out perfectly timed and delicious. We ordered three rolls: the S.T.T, Tuna Loco and Papi Chulo. Man oh man we made some awesome decisions! All three were delicious. The S.T.T was fried as an entire roll but not greasy or heavy. It was balanced, perfectly crispy and delicious in each and every bite. The Tuna Loco was so fresh and so good! The spicy tuna here is not your normal shredded "tuna" that resembles tuna kinda- it is chunks of tuna, poké style with kimchee sauce- and it's phenomenal. It's honestly not that spicy we kicked it up a notch- more to come on that. The Papi Chulo surprised us since I completely missed the plantain included in it- don't let that fool you- it is SO good!! The plantain is sweet but not sugary over poweringly sweet. It balances the fried grouper and jalapeño exquisitely. Get. The. Papi. Chulo! Now here's how to kick things up- order the wasabi Cream. It is included in the Hot Lady (which was going to be our fourth roll but we were too full). Next time! Sriracha was good and helped kick up our rolls as well. My personal two cents- it is a pricey place. When I compare Wakame salad (seaweed) and Edamame- I'm in the $5-6 range they were both $10. So if that gives you a gauge then know you are spending more here. The quality is good but at a premium. A great place to eat. Great service. We will be back.
