came in because i knew that had fresh oysters on the half shell. so we ordered a dozen.....soooo fresh, so juicy and fat. we only added lemon and that's all they needed to enjoy their freshness; DELICIOUS! we both order the grouper sandwich with fries & slaw. it was SO HUGE, way bigger than the bun, crispy, perfectly fried, flaky and tasty. servers were ALL super friendly and attentive, loved everything. the ONLY thing that grossed me out was watching 1 server in particular, would walk through the dining room, and while at tables, playing with her hair.....twisting her ponytail, tightening it, etc. if she's doing this in front of customers, what is doing behind the scenes? she's handling dinner plates of food with her "hair hands", just gross. other than that, a great place, delicious food, good value for the large portions of food. read more

Welcoming Sports Bar With Great Food, Exceptional Service You need to try this place. It's located at the end of a strip mall with plenty of parking. There is some outside seating, but the parking lot is your view. Inside, there's a large bar and many high and low tables for dining and relaxing. The walls have a cool nautical paint job. TV's are everywhere with all kinds of sports. We were there about 6:00 pm and no problem getting a seat right away - seat yourself. When it comes to servers providing attention at your table, every person working there is your server. Menus are on the table, specials are on the wall. The first person to see us explained the Happy Hour ( 11:00 to 7:00) deals - 25% off Wings & Peel-n-Eat shrimp and $1.00 off beer, wine, and cocktails. So she took our drink order. Plenty of beers on tap and a good deal at $3.50. Fountain soda runs $3.00. The menu had so many things that sounded good and prices are very reasonable. Another 'server' stopped by, asked if we had any questions about the food and if we wanted to order anything. She answered a couple questions and as we love shrimp, we ordered a pound of peel and eats, served hot or cold (we went hot) with cocktail sauce ($18.50). Within a couple minutes, another person brought out our shrimp and topped off my wife's soda. The shrimp were a nice size, had just the right amount of Old Bay seasoning and just cooked. Soooo tasty and this was a generous pound of shrimp. The cocktail sauce was great with plenty of zippy horseradish to add that extra punch. Workers kept checking on us, refilling drinks, asking if we needed anything. They were attentive, but not bothersome. We're still eating our shrimp, but wanted something else. Yet another server raved about the North South Chowder which is half conch chowder and half new england clam chowder ($8.00/bowl), so my wife got that. I ordered some wings with teriyaki sauce. The bowl of chowder looked and smelled good and the flavor was great. No shortage of seafood in this chowdah! My wings, 10 for $12.75, were fresh out of the fryer, meaty and the teriyaki sauce was light and flavorful, not sticky and overly sweet as some are. Served with celery sticks and I asked for blue blue cheese and ranch dressings for dipping. We brought most of the wings home. Everything we saw being delivered to tables looked great and we look forward to returning. There is live music nightly, but we left before that started. And yet another server who brought us our check also set us up with their loyalty card for discounts on future purchases. This is a great place with great workers and great food! read more

We go here regularly and love the food and friendly service. This time I tried the turkey cheese wrap that comes with onions, bacon and tomato. To my delight, they chop this up and stuff it inside the wrap with slices of cheese, turkey and lettuce. So easy to eat! And delicious..... thank you. read more

We visited with a group of 6 along with 2 young children and did not realize until we arrived that it was a popular sports bar inside. The manager accommodate us and sat us outside and we had a really wonderful meal. First and foremost, service was a team making sure you were good. At least three checked on me just as they were walking nearby. I had the grouper sandwich with Coleslaw and fries. The sandwich was delicious with all the right ingredients to elevate the taste. The slaw was a nice acidic compliment to the other foods. The fries were as good as you can make fries, I loved them. Overall good experience. Did I enjoy the food- yes. Was it mind blowing- no. I get the food is local and fresh and that's appreciated but $19 for the grouper bites by themselves just wasn't a good value for me. That's almost $2.50 for each nugget. Fries and slaw are relatively cheap so that would've been a nice addition. The homemade chips- good but not worth $4 for a small basket IMO. Like I said the service was good. I liked the local watering hole vibe. I know food prices are high all over but I just didn't leave feeling I got what I paid for. This isn't a knock on the business at all. Decent, definitely a bar. Don't expect more than that in terms of the food. Good fried grouper and the bun for the sandwiches is very good. We also had loaded fries which have real melted cheese and crispy bacon and a burger which seemed to be cooked truly medium. Nothing amazing in terms of what they offer on the menu - standard bar fare - but what they do is done well. Outdoor seating was nice but tainted by the smoking around us - allowed I know, but less than pleasant. And it was too loud indoors to sit indoors. All in all, not my vibe but a good bar. read more

We love Jack's!! We first tried one day when we had a raw oyster fix and were so happy we did! Sports bar, casual atmosphere with TV's everywhere. The staff is cool and fun. Always very nice to out two boys, ages 8 & 4. We are fans of their raw oysters, chicken Wings and peel and eat shrimp. For those with kids, they do have great selection of kids meals. It's an okay spot. Definitely a local favorite and the locals tend to be a bit older. Had a fine experience, sat at the bar where Steph took good care of me. I went for the Caribbean wings due to the Yelp reviews and also got the loaded fries. It was a lot of food and I only paid about $22. The wings were just okay in my opinion. There were way too many fries for one person as well. The fries were frozen. If they had been fresh cut the dish would be outstanding. As is with the frozen they were just OK. So really the food didn't live up to the Yelp reviews on my first visit. My beer was the highlight, a Hazy IPA from local brewery Palm Coast. I will need to come back and try some seafood next time. read more

If you like live music in the evening and awesome wings, this is the joint. I ordered their raw oysters to try because of the good the reviews from other yelpers. Overall friendly and decent service. I had their special sauce wings for $1 extra and it's worth it. Super juicy and large size wings comparing to Wingstop. The oysters are good size but requires more cleaning before serving. When the server came to ask how things are, I told her and she offered to exchange them. I have already washed them down with the water I had so I said it's ok and kept it. I'm not local otherwise I would be going back to try different dishes. read more

Great place to exemplify the old rule that you shouldn't judge a book by its cover. Nothing wrong with the look but you wouldn't expect such a professional kitchen! The dishes coming out of this kitchen are all picturesque and beautiful. They fry fish like it's going on TV! I've had the grouper sandwich and it was just so damn tasty! The grouper was fried so excellently, bun was perfect, tartar sauce was homemade and yummy and the veggies were all fresh. Even the cole slaw was just fresh as can be. Great job in that kitchen. Bartender was great both times too. This time I opted for the GoldenTile fish since it was a special, I asked for it blackened with rice and potato salad. When I say that this dish came out looking like a centerfold for a foodporn magazine! Fish was cooked excellently, as was the rice and that potato salad that also shouldn't be overlooked. Just yummy. They have live music all the time, and this is always a good musician or group. Sometimes it can get pretty loud but hey it's a live music bar! If you want quiet there is an excellent library nearby. Haha I had the calamari too, and this also hit my high-expectations. Marinara was super delicious! Overall this is a shiny star amongst a lot of choices in Naples but for me it's a go-to place when you want a a consistently good seafood/bar experience. read more

First time eating at jacks and was not disappointed. I'd consider the food to be high quality bar food. Had several of the appetizers with my girlfriend and friends: calamari, chili & wings. Which were all very good; especially the wings. For my main entree I got the fried grouper basket and it was great. Two big pieces of grouper perfectly fried and breaded. Had French fries and onion rings for sides and those were awesome as well. Service was on point. The staff was attentive and made sure drinks never got too low. Which was impressive considering how packed the place was. As far as a bar setting goes Jack's has a great environment. TVs all around so you can watch a few things at once. Also from what I observed the place was clean and well kept. As we were leaving there was a band setting up so there's live music as well on certain nights. This was our first visit to Jack's. Our girlfriends have been raving about the place forever and we finally decided to check it out. Walked into a cool, dark space with a huge aquarium and TVs on all the walls. Greeted by a lovely bartender who whipped us up a couple of happy hour margaritas on the rocks with a grand marnier floater. Delicious! We had two more. I ordered the dozen steamed clams with the drawn butter- when I was finished I found myself wishing I had ordered two dozen instead! The crowd was older, appeared to all live close by, and all in all was a very amicable, fun atmosphere.
