I didn't have the tags or receipt any more and they refused to even give me a store credit since it was longer than fifteen days since purchase. Really! I try to shop local and expect local customer service instead of the impersonal service of big box stores.

I stood at the register while the associate looked at me from across the shop while having a casual conversation with a lady who must have been a regular. I waited thinking maybe she would call the other girl to help me. Nope. She just looked at me again and kept talking. I was about to spend quite a bit of money on these clothes. I'm heading back North after 7 years here and thought I'd stop in one last time. I put the clothes on a nearby table and walked out Not a word. I have been shopping in this store for many years and have decided not to return. A friend…read morepurchased a $50 gift card and unbeknownst to me, they expire after just 6 months. Terrible service considering the company received the money for the purchase of the card. I used nearly all of my 2200 points I had accumulated and am cutting ties. Skip this store and shop at Mountain High which is a couple doors down. The clothes there are high quality, name brand and nearly the same price.
