I didn't have the tags or receipt any more and they refused to even give me a store credit since it was longer than fifteen days since purchase. Really! I try to shop local and expect local customer service instead of the impersonal service of big box stores.

I stood at the register while the associate looked at me from across the shop while having a casual conversation with a lady who must have been a regular. I waited thinking maybe she would call the other girl to help me. Nope. She just looked at me again and kept talking. I was about to spend quite a bit of money on these clothes. I'm heading back North after 7 years here and thought I'd stop in one last time. I put the clothes on a nearby table and walked out Not a word. Terrible service considering the company received the money for the purchase of the card. I used nearly all of my 2200 points I had accumulated and am cutting ties. Skip this store and shop at Mountain High which is a couple doors down. The clothes there are high quality, name brand and nearly the same price.

It's very organized in this store and the dressing rooms are spacious with plenty of mirrors. It's in between winter and spring so some of the sizes were picked over , but still a lot to choose from.
