Taken care of immediately, after I arrived . they completed a tire rotation and balancing in like 15min. A+++ probably made a new customer for good . They also reset the tire mileage tracker, and reset the tire pressure for to the right level for Tesla. No other shop I've been to has done all that . Also great phone service . Immediately picked up the phone when I called .

We had just moved there and we wanted to support local business. We got the car back and a week later it wasn't cooling it took us a while (another week) and we went by there and they were closed! Now we have spent $1800 for nothing. They had to have know they were closing and could have gone somewhere else that would stand by their work.
