I called Sunday to schedule a pick up of an old car that I needed to be delivered. While the price was fair, there service is lacking. They quoted me a price, and told me that it was a 30-45 minute wait, which was no problem, and about 20 minutes later, they called and said they were only doing police calls, and would have to pass. I called A-1 Towing and they came out immediately and it cost me almost 100 bucks more. It seems that these towing companies only wish to get paid by the city and nothing else.
