I've taken my motorcycles up here before, and they worked me right in, and got me right out. Today I took my vehicle up there as the A/C on my Auxiliary Power Unit needed repair. Most places only service cookie cutter cars, and won't touch out of the box equipment. On this unit they got me in right away, put the machine on the A/C system, pulled out excess Freon, pulled a a vacuum, refilled it with the right amount, and had it cooling great. They even gave me credit for the extra Freon they pulled out of it. Very reasonable. Everyone was very friendly in the office as well as the shop. read more

The best service received only came from the help at the front desk, NONE from my car actually being properly repaired. After 6 visit in less than 10 months, for at or around the same issue, and being charged close to 3k, they are NOT a place I would recommend to anyone. I called around to a few places as I was needing to have a timing belt/water pump replaced on my Honda Accord. These places were telling me they would call back with an estimate (never heard back) or that they only had availability for a diagnostic check a week later. After calling CR's I was able to talk with a mechanic, Keith, who was able to quote me a price for parts and labor and gave me a timeline of when my repair would be complete within a few minutes of speaking on the phone. This was a tremendous relief to me as the price was fair and compared to other places the timeline of completion was great! I dropped my car off that day after speaking on the phone and everything went according to what Keith had quoted me. Please reconsider taking any of your vehicles here, not only is the staff very unprofessional and unfriendly the service is terrible but they do not know what they are doing. They take forever to do any sort of repairs and are bad at communicating or updating on any services and do repairs without any verification. I have had to take my car back 3 times now for the same issue that has yet to be resolved and still having to pay out of pocket each time! Would NOT recommend to anyone!! read more

I really like C.R..'s, however the last time I brought my car in, they had it for almost a week. I was told each day that someone else was going to come out to look at my car etc. When the problem was finally figured out, and I picked up my car, there was a small slice in my driver's seat which probably occurred when someone sat in my car, and there was a pretty decent sized ding in my driver side door. My car is a 2015 so I know it's been through a bit, however both the big ding and the slice in my seat were not there when I dropped off my car. I'm not one to sweat the small stuff, but I highly urge staff to treat each car with care and be transparent if damage does occur as I know other customers wouldn't let something like that slide. read more

I have taken two different cars here, each time they have not fixed the issue but have repaired something else or tried to overcharge for so called need repairs. Also the women at the front desk are rude, the mechanics try to replace every part on your car rather than diagnose to a specific part. Here is what I dealt, 1. Told van needed new front suspension for $3,500, fixed elsewhere for $400 2. Took van in for what I thought was a squeaky water pump. They changed it and afterwards was told it was my belt tensioner and that it still squeaked $400 3. Took cadillac in for engine missing, they changed an air intake housing. Given car back, engine still missing, part changed was not needed and didn't fix problem, $400. Don't go here!!! read more

I would've given 5 stars; but My most recent experience makes me want to get a new mechanic! I've brought my car here a number of times and spent close to $1500.00 here on my car. My most recent visit I brought my car in because of a rattling noise it was making. When the mechanic called me to give me a quote I asked for a wheel alignment and oil change as well! I had my car there for 6 days ( I was out of town) and when I returned; they only fixed the problem at hand and didn't do my Alignment or oil change! What child's play is this shit? Their reasoning wasn't fair; and my car wouldn't start when they wanted to give it back to me; they had to jumpstart it! I brought it there for repair and mending; not for destruction! went into CR automotive this morning to question about some of the repairs that they recommended on my daughters car. Spoke with a man named Darrell, Darrell was not interested in customer service this morning. they recommended that we replaced the struts and shocks which we had just had replaced 700 miles ago. I asked him to show me the shock and strut. It looked perfectly fine, and he said that it must be the gas inside. OK fine then I told him I wanted a second opinion. darrell became very rude and unprofessional his exact words I quote tear your.A$$ I pulled out my camera and asked him to tell me the exact same words, but at least say it to camera. he refused of corse. but I uploaded the video to Tim tok. I would not recommend this company to anybody my opinion is they overcharge and make you replace things that don't need to be replaced and then when you question them they become jerks. I took my Jeep here because we heard it was a Honest Place. Well not true the disregard my safety and my families! They had our Jeep for a week an my husband caller to check on it an he said he did work to it and it will cost 800 an something my husband said what how could you do repair without calling us. The guy didn't have a reason so we were like well I guess we have to.pay. He said Friday t Which was the next day thhe Jeep be ready an it wasn't never received a call. So Monday I dropped by an spoke to a person at the desk asking about my Jeep and how did they do all this work without our permission. She was said hold on the guy came an russleing through all kinds of paperwork an said it was a misunderstanding he fixed the tire rod and front alignment. It was a different amount I paid an said IL be back to get it because I had to run back home to.pick up my husband. I had to go out of town to Illinois. I drove my Jeep there and when I got back we were noticing things not right . my front tires were bald an I mean bald. So we had the Jeep checked out found out the tire rod was never replaced and no front alignment. We took our jeep back one of the employees came an looked an even said we were done wrong an the guy needed to make it right. So we left it an came back the same day the guy was mad. As soon as we left the parking lot check engine light came on jeep wouldn't go over 2nd gear and popping an cracking started. Also missing lug nut as my husband was driving to the hood was left open they didn't even close it. We had to change the tire rod ,sway bar and 2 new tires because my other ones in the back were still good which they all should have been because buy4 tires at a time an have warranty on my tires . The 2 I needed wasn't cover because of how they wore down I have zero tread on them. We took it to the mechanic somewhere else learn now I have 2500 dollars in damages because when the did the front alignment When we went back there the second time they didn't tighten the control arm bolts and also didnt even put a control arm bolts on. I'm angry because they have disregard for my safety and my families . read more

My car needed a state inspection, and it was starting to run kinda crappy (just did not feel right... Sluggish). I took it to CR's for the State inspection, and decided to get a "tune-up" (car has 90,000 miles on it). Three hours later they were all done: they changed the spark plugs, PCV valve, air filter, and I needed a brake light. Total damage? Only $155.41. To me that was a fair price, and I got my car back in just a few hours. Now bad. Plus, my car runs "like new" again. No more sluggishness. I'm a satisfied customer. read more

The most dishonest mechanic I have have been too. I was having issues with my alternator and battery light flashing. The had "fixed" the problem as soon as I got in my truck the battery light was flashing. Left it with them another day and they "fixed" that but little did I know they just cut a wire so my battery light didn't work. Put me in a really bad situation thinking my truck was alright to drive and it wasn't. Truck died on a very busy highway. Cost $$$$ to find what they did and fix it properly. I would never ever recommend this place to anyone. Go somewhere else. Save yourself the trouble. read more

QUICK REVIEW: Great customer service with lower prices and faster turn around. Ask for SAM he is their A/C Man. FULL REVIEW: I needed my air conditioner fixed (replace condenser). I called several location to get a quote, Honda dealership quoted me $1,600 (I had Honda diagnose problem $100) few other shops came in close to the $1,600 quote, some were higher, some were lower, and some shops took my information and never called me back. CR's Auto did not do that. I talked to Sam he told me he would call me back in 5 min with quote and he did. This is already better service than I got with Honda Fort Worth. His quote came in at less than half price, this confused me I thought I miss quoted the issue to them and so the quote was wrong. That was not the case, so, I asked Sam to explain the issue and how he can be half price of his competitors. He did and he made me feel as though he knew what he was doing. I then asked how long it would take he said if I dropped it off that night (night drop) he would have it ready the next day. this is a 1 day turn around for a job several other shops said it would take 2 - 3 days. Could be lack of business, could be good customer service, could just be a competent man that has experience fixing this issue. I did not know, but it was worth a shot to me, I trusted him by talking to him on the phone. Dropped my van off that night, the next day at 12:30pm it was ready. It came in $38 dollars higher than his original low quote but he also did some basic maintenance that it needed (changed air filterer in cabin). Van blows better than it has ever in the past. Worst automotive shop in Saginaw. Took my truck in to have the ac fixed. I new the belt was missing but I only told them that it just stopped working. They said I needed a new ac compressor. VERY DISHONEST!!!!! THEY WANTED ALMOST $1000 when I knew it was a $15 belt that needed replaced. DONT GO TO CR ' S. read more

My husband took my car to get it inspected. Their employee had to drive my car into their garage to hook it up to the machine. While doing that he bumped into another car scratching my bumper. They never took responsibility for it and I had to claim it on my insurance because "we gave them permission to drive it". We will never be back! read more

I got check engine light on, then went to AutoZone got "FREE diagnose". I took the report and went to C R's to get estimate for fixing the issue. Very rude old lady told me that I need to get "Professional diagnose" to pin point what is the exactly wrong with the car and it will cost me $60 dollars and takes about 30 to 45 minutes. I told them go ahead do it. One guy showed up and took my car, 5 minutes later he brought exactly same report what I got from AutoZone for free and tole me to I need to pay $160 for fixing and they will check more from it. I told them about it then again the RUDE OLD front lady told me that those reports are different. It was in different paper and format, but all information were same. I PAID $60. and went to 2J's automotive Transmission which is other car repair shop and told them about what was just happened me. They were so surprised and took look at my car for FREE. The guy told me that only I need is use higher quality of gas for a while and I should not need to worry anything about it. He did not charge a penny for the service because he told me that he did not fix anything. I never want to go back to C R's and bring all my family cars to 2J's for every car problem or service from now on. I hate the C R's lack of business ethic so much.
