I was attempting to install rear wheel sensors on my daughter's Suburban. The lug nuts were cranked on so tight I couldn't remove them. It was 4:00 on Saturday. I saw great reviews and headed over for help. They not only removed all the lug nuts, but were willing to go ahead and install the sensors I had already purchased. Coincidentally I had just taken my wife's car to Discount Tire to have her tires rotated earlier. She needed two Pirelli tires and they wanted $787 with the road hazard warranty. Taken care of immediately, after I arrived . they completed a tire rotation and balancing in like 15min. A+++ probably made a new customer for good . Based on their great reviews and close proximity to my home, I (carefully) headed over to see if they could fix the tire and take care of my state inspection while I was at it. Love this place . Other family members have come here for small things like oil changes and tires and never had any complaints so I thought I'd give it a shot. I had a lot needed to be done on my vehicle. When I went to my local Nissan dealership they wanted to charge me $1400 just for switching out the right side control arm. The Tire Store gave me a great deal for switching out both of my control arms, rear shocks, and an alignment - a little over $1000. They got it done in the same day as well! These guys are always good to take very good care of the customer and try to make things right when they mess up (as everyone does). The only problem i've had was them not calling me when the vehicle is ready but as you can see when you arrive, they have 2 dozen cars at any given time they're working on.
