Taken care of immediately, after I arrived . they completed a tire rotation and balancing in like 15min. A+++ probably made a new customer for good . Took my work truck here to check for a leak in my tires. After 30 minutes they told me there's no leak and didn't charge me. Weird. Because my tire pressure kept dropping. After coming home from a work trip to a flat tire, initially called Roadside Assistance but we ran into an issue getting the spare down so I hopped on Yelp and came across tire store service center. Based on their great reviews and close proximity to my home, I (carefully) headed over to see if they could fix the tire and take care of my state inspection while I was at it. I brought my laptop, thinking I would be there for a while and might as well get some work done, but these guys are so incredibly efficient that I barely got logged on before they were handing back my keys! Love this place . Other family members have come here for small things like oil changes and tires and never had any complaints so I thought I'd give it a shot. I had a lot needed to be done on my vehicle. When I went to my local Nissan dealership they wanted to charge me $1400 just for switching out the right side control arm. The Tire Store gave me a great deal for switching out both of my control arms, rear shocks, and an alignment - a little over $1000. They got it done in the same day as well! Super respectful and helpful people! They explained everything and made sure to get your consent beforehand. Will definitely be bringing all my car maintenance business here from now on! read more

These guys are always good to take very good care of the customer and try to make things right when they mess up (as everyone does). The only problem i've had was them not calling me when the vehicle is ready but as you can see when you arrive, they have 2 dozen cars at any given time they're working on. That being said they are ALWAYS phenomenal on turnaround time for simple repairs and oil changes. 9/10 times they will be cheaper than the competitors as well especially jrs. where else can you go and get an oil change for your diesel truck for less than $100?? $85 to be exact read more
