Save your time and find better service somewhere else. It was cheaper than everywhere else in the area, but they did not actually fix anything. I took my 2010 Nissan Armada back twice and they still did not repair it, so I wasted my time and money. They pretended like they did and were dishonest. Another mechanic shop afterwards showed me where they did not repair. My family has used this place before also and they took months to repair their minor service requests on their Ford Explorer. They also did not repair it correctly the first time either. My father put marks on some parts in the vehicle to see if they would actually get replaced, and he got his vehicle returned with the marks in the same place meaning they were not replaced at all. They are very dishonest. One of the times I was there, the employees were arguing with a neighboring business over parking. The people here are not very friendly, have a dirty office and waiting area, do not repair your vehicle sometimes and are dishonest about doing so, and you will waste a lot of time here. I highly recommend spending slightly more money for way better quality of service somewhere else locally. read more

I took my 2004 F150 here because the oil pressure was low. I was told I needed a new oil pump. A few days later I got the truck back and it was running poorly. After taking the truck back at least 5x the vehicle never really worked right. About 5k miles later I sold the truck to a mechanic friend. He took the front of the engine off to replace the timing chain and noticed it was original and bad plus the oil pump was still the original installed with the engine so it was never actually replace. Bottom line this place lied to me and never even changed the part they said they would. read more

Gave one star because zero isn't possible. This is the most incompetent mechanic I've ever been to. One week for a part to be replaced turned into a month after being promised just about everyday that it would "be ready tomorrow." Not only did this take forever but they made promises on refunding certain fees and labor then when I call them on it upon pick up I get $80 instead of $400. Once I dealt with all that I also realized that my car is absolutely filthy.. floor mats coated in mud and stained with oil and the air filter brackets broken. I took my vehicle to this auto repair shop because it is near my home, they had done work on one of my other vehicles and they are inexpensive. My steering collar would make noise whenever I would hit a bump in the road, making me think that a piece had broken inside the collar. I took my vehicle in and was told I needed a new steering collar. A new steering collar cost over $2,000 but a used on cost around $800. Of course, I went with the used one. My husband and I dropped my vehicle off around March 19th. It took them about a week to fix and I picked up my vehicle on March 26th, paying only $711.40, happy the cost was less than what I was told. I was told by the owner that all was fixed but they had broken a bulb while installing the collar causing 2 of my sensor lights to come on on my dashboard, the passenger airbag sensor and the swerve sensor. He told me that he ordered the bulb, he should receive it the following Friday, that it would only take a minute to install and he would be in touch once he received it. I left the parking lot and noticed that while the steering collar didn't make any more noise, the steering wheel didn't align with my wheels. My husband called the owner, told him about the alignment issue and that we would bring the vehicle back when he got the bulb that Friday. We drop the vehicle off that Friday, was told the next week that the wrong bulb was sent but the alignment issue was resolved. Once again I picked up my vehicle at closing(due to the time I get off of work), I leave the parking lot and while I'm driving straight, my steering wheel is not. It was definitely an improvement to before but was still off-center. We took the vehicle back the first week of May to have the bulb installed and the steering wheel fixed. The owner told my husband he sent my vehicle to an alignment place to get the wheel straighten. He had my vehicle for over a week, my husband received a call from the owner asking if he was going to come and pick up the vehicle, it had been ready for days. My husband had never received a call that the vehicle was ready, my husband had texted the owner asking if the vehicle was ready and never received a response. My husband had even driven past the lot to see if my vehicle was on it and it wasn't. (remember they had to outsource to have the steering wheel aligned) When we get to the lot my husband had to go to the back of the shop to get the vehicle. He drove it to the front, I got in the driver's seat and the swerve sensor was still on. My husband asked the owner about the bulb, the owner told him that the bulb was replaced and that the light could have been on when we brought the vehicle to him. (even though it wasn't) At this point, I was sick and tired of this place and this had been going on for almost 2 months now. I decided we would figure out the sensor issue later because I was ready to go and I was not leaving my vehicle there again. I drove off the lot and the steering wheel was in the same position it was in when we brought it. My conclusion was that my vehicle was never sent anywhere else, the owner just moved it to the back of the shop, out of sight and that the steering wheel was not worked on so now I have to spend more money to have 2 problems fixed that they created. Save your time and spend the extra money by going to a professional that is going to do the job right the first time or at least by the second time. One of the last few honest shops around. Adam is always very straight forward about problems with the car, not looking for/making up issues to get you in the shop. He gives you a reasonable timeline for getting repairs done and calls if something changes before he proceeds. Adam is a poor mechanic full of excuse I caught him lying to me multiple times during my repair first off he charged me for a new tcm computer me being a little more knowledged then most noticed he was having issues getting it to communicate and blamed it on his computer tool saying he didn't have the program to reprogram the tcm little did he know I knew he was trying to replace the old with a used tcm which will cause the vehicle to not start these have to be new or refurbished after 4 days of waiting (probably for the actual new part to come in) he said he finished my vehicle only to have taken it home after paying 2k in repairs to have my transmission stuck in 4th gear with no override this mans a con who can't admit when he can't fix something save your money save your time take it a a real mechanic. Again they take used parts charge for new and and give a quick fix all this with a one year warranty but won't back up his work we are in the process of suing this con man we have also filed a complaint with the Texas Attorney General read more

Excellent service completed in a timely manner and at the best price for replacing front brake pads and rotors. I called a dozen places for quotes and this one gave the best price and got me in/out in about 2 hours. Be sure to pay attention to the garage address, there are 2 or 3 places with similar names. Take note that this garage is not near any food places, so bring drink/food if you are going to wait for your vehicle. Well worth the trip and wait for this service! read more

Back a couple years ago when they were at a different address, smaller shop, and the Father was running the place, It was a great place. It looks like the Father is passing the business onto the Son- the son moved to a larger shop in a new town, and took on more work than he could finish. Look at the pictures, see how big the shop is- then ask yourself, How does 2 mechanics handle all those autos? I put in a car to get work done which should have been done in about 3 weeks, and I'm a patient person. I waited until 4-5 weeks to contact them, I needed the car back. The car was not finished, with several excuses ranging from the paint and body guy left town to attend a family funeral, their car broke down in San Antonio and had to wait several days for parts, or after they painted my car- the color was not blended. Then the detail guy put my car in his shop, cleaned it, left the car in his shop and left town- nobody else has a key to his shop to get my car out. Then the 2 owners left town for a weekend(Thurs thru Monday). And I know their hours listed say they open at 9am, but 90%+ of the time, they do not make it until later- go ahead, test my statement- show up at 9am for a few days. Meantime, I had to rent a car from Enterprise. About this same time, the Son said he had problems with the IRS and they shut down his business and accounts until he paid part of his taxes so he could not get anything done. The Son also stated because it was taking longer and it was his fault- He would pay for the rental car. Dropped the car off to get worked on Feb 8, 2019 and get it back April 17, 2019. The Enterprise bill was a little over $1500, and I am not asking for all that, but just the last 5 weeks but I have not gotten paid back yet. read more
