In 5 years I'll be starring in a Netflix Documentary called surviving blue nail spa IM SOOOOO FED UP WITH THIS NAIL SALON. I've written plenty of reviews and clearly it's a problem if I'm always coming back to change it I've been coming here since they first opened over two years ago and it's unfortunate because even though the prices are pretty good, the service is trash and has been going down for a minute and I'm going to give a very detailed reason on WHY I feel this way. This is non biased as I've still come back but I've really reached my breaking point because it's always some type of inconvenience #0!!!!!!!! PAY CASH PAY CASH PAY CASHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! like I said I've been coming here for years people get comfortable. There's a guy at the shop a younger gentleman with a blonde streak and glasses. I gave him $15 tip cash for doing my nails only for him to charge a $20 tip off my debit card and he said he thought I left an extra tip you know for sure I did not leave a $35 tip for nails and my nails were like $70. PAY CASH!!!!!!!! #1. You guys love to overbook your appointment you say you have time to do a set and when people get there, you don't have time and then they're waiting or they'll make an appointment and they're still waiting that shouldn't even be happening. #2. This is a very basic salon if you like basic designs basic paint basic shapes. This salon is for you if you like more intricate designs this IS NOT THE SHOP FOR YOU! They have one person who does the intricate designs and those take time so if she's working on someone they will do your nails, but you will have to wait if she's working on somebody else to get your nails finished. 3. They don't have a bunch of different choices when it comes to any gems or anything you add to the nail I've personally purchased my own nail tips and my own charms for the nails to bring them here because of that. 4. It seems like a lot of their staff to do pedicures and they don't have a lot of good manicure artist and that's an issue because it's a nail salon. I purchased duck nail tips. I've got them done before you don't have to do much but really shaped them because they're already in the duck nail shape since they didn't have them before and had to do more. I have a funeral to go to tomorrow. I tried to book an appointment earlier. She told me to come at 5:30 I come at 5:30 with the nails I used previously she tells me that nobody in the shop there's at least six people in the shop including the owner can do duck nails what do you mean you don't know how to do duck nails? It's pretty simple that should be an issue. You're running a business, but don't really know how to do the basics they're self-taught manicurist on Instagram that can do that stuff that should be your specialty. I'm just so confused. How do you own a brick and mortar nail shop but don't know how to do duck nails versus all these people that do it out of their garage and bedroom.??????? I don't even have time to get my nails done tomorrow because it's already late. It's just such an unfortunate experience all around. 6. And this is really just lastly towards the overbooking. I've been there a couple of times where they're essentially doing two people at one time as far as like pedicures like they'll go until you go work on somebody else you're just sitting there waiting 15 minutes later they come back to you like it's just too much I put up with so much from the shop. I've been such a good customer. I've always came and gave them my money even after all the countless mistakes and it starts to become an issue when it's like dang it's not like you guys are five star nail salon and it's like all these mistakes shouldn't keep happening. I wanna go stand outside with a sign and say do not come here that's how bad it is because you guys just don't care and I'm personally tired. The amount of mess ups and time wasted I've had from this shop over the years I should've been offered something for free at this point! But no just a sorry hunnneeeyyyy read more

I had Jimmy work on my pedicure today and he has a wonderful attitude. He made my nails very clean and gave me insight for my nail design. He tried looking for a color I had in mind and didn't mind me changing my vision. He took his time making sure my nails were prepped and clean. It was the best looking nails I have have seen on me! So I came here in July 17th for a mani pedi. I came around 12:30ish., and i was seated right away. The lady Kim, I think that's her name, seated me right away for a pedi. She asked me what temperature do i like my water and i told her warm, after 5 minutes, the water was still cold no matter how many times i see her adjusting the temperature. Ok fine. I dealt with the cold water. Not a big deal. She was good with my pedicure. I wont complain. Except for my pinky toe where she missed a spot. But she was nice and did a good job overall. I asked for gel x as i was leaving for a 3 week vacation on the 19th. The lady I believe was tammy, did my gel x. First of all, i did not understand why so much glue was used, it was stuck to my skin. I asked her to buff out the corners cause i had a baby and i dont wanna scratch her, she did a half ass job, its still sharp. If you see the pictures, you will see the excessive glue. After she did the gel x and rushed througj everything, she asked another tech named fatima to do my french polish. As i went to her, i could see the faulty nails and i asked her to fix as much as she could, and i told her the glue is stuck to my skin.. she looked at me as if poor thing but tried to fix it but, it didn't change anything. She told me this is the gel x.. now.. i may not be a nail tech but i am pretty sure, the glue isnt supposed to stick out and stick to the skin and also have a 2 different length nails and width on my thumbs.
