I don't even know where to start with how unhappy I am about my pedicure here. I came in for a pedi and a gel manicure, and while the gel mani was amazing, the pedicure was an absolute disaster. The older lady who did my pedicure was rough, rushed through it, and didn't seem to care at all. At one point she even cleaned one of her pedi utensils on my foot, which honestly grossed me out. I had grown out my toenails specifically so they could all be trimmed to the same length, and she completely butchered them -- they came out uneven and just wrong. I don't know if it was because it was my first time here, but for something I paid for, I expected so much better. The only reason this isn't a one-star review is because of Jennie, who did my gel manicure. She was fantastic -- attentive, skilled, and clearly cares about her work. If I ever come back, it'll only be for her. As for the pedicure, I'm genuinely so upset about how it turned out. I won't be trusting anyone else here with my feet again. read more

I was sitting here getting a full set acrylic pedicure... signature option & I kid you not the session lasted 15-minutes away from 2 hours but I guess that is what the little "spa" part is for, I'm definitely not used to being in a nail salon that long lol The lady she was a bit older and didn't seem to have all of her tools... for example, nail glue, the right size acrylic brush, or her own nail drill. She really made up with the massage in the end. The vibe for the most part was really calm. Piano instrumental playing, a waterfall, and a couple TVs up playing stuff. Decent experience though. I was sent to this location from San Fernando.. didn't have an issue with it as it was my day off but it could also be an inconvenience.. not letting that bother me. Upon arrival I was greeted by LJ & who my gel x set. He was very welcoming & friendly. Shop was very nice & clean. Not too loud, very soothing place for me I felt. I keep coming back to this place because they have great service. I love how there is no wait and their selection of nail colors are expansive. I love their front wall side display of all the variation of cat eye colors you can choose from. They have matte, glittery, shiny colorful display of nail colors that allure you beyond no other. I had the greatest service with Cindy doing my pedicure and Tiffany doing my nails. Cindy gave the BEST left massage that comes with the pedicure. Plus, her attention to detail was so on point when it came to doing my nails. Then Tiffany was so quick and fast in doing my gel cat eye nails I was blown away at her swiftness. Cat eye gel nails usually takes longer but I was in and out of their entirely in the shortest amount I've been in a nail salon thanks to Tiffany and Cindy. First the man was told not to cut her natural nail, and he insisted that "those weren't her natural nails" and he cut them extremely short. This place is really nice and they have several services, ians the vibe is very relaxing/luxurious but the prices are insaneeeee. So if you are looking for something budget friendly this is not it!! I got gelx with brown nail polish and chrome. I paid $90 dollars!!!, mind you they don't even do the cleaning around your cuticle area, I had like a lot of dead skin around my nails and they didn't even mind taking care of that or trimming my nail. They better last until new years cuz Sheeesh, I mean I know nails are expensive but I genuinely feel like they overcharged, gelx on the menu said 65 so idk I guess they charged 25 for the polish and chrome itself And another lady got short acrylic overlay on her natural nails with a bubbly white gel polish and they charged her 75 and she even said 75 for what? and then another lady was asking how much for getting her toes and nails done with some sort of designs and they said 220-250 I didn't fight the price and I did leave a tip but definitely was not expecting to spend 100 dollars on nails, at least not for something basic. They first did my pedicure and sadly the person that did my nails, wasn't so very good so I hesitated to get my manicure because of it. It's now $39 for it. Almost $40. For the area?! That's ridiculous for a regular simple gel mani. They don't even tell you upfront that they raised their prices again.
