I came in for a pedicure 430 on a Thursday was the only one inside. Running behind for dinner was just doing a gel French tip pedi He removed the old gel trimmed the nails did minor cuticle cuting and I told him I want builder gel on my toes due to uneven nails he said they don't do builder gel on toes only hands I wasn't informed prior so I had to leave mid service and find somewhere else to go. I usually go to blue nail spa on Parthenia but it's just always something with them I'm over it. Thank god fashion nail and spa is right down the block they do it and I ran right on over Only for them to ask me if I wanna clean my cuticles I looked at them and they didn't look too trimmed and sunflower charged me $30. For what exactly ? Seems that was only for them to cover the money they're not making so they overcharge but that's okay because that's including your tip. Save your money go somewhere else I don't recommend and quite frankly I'm tired of these amateur nail techs And after further review and reading other reviews it seems he charged me the amount of a full service vs what I actually received Shame on you. I also saw your response and I stand in what I say you guys overcharged me for service I didn't receive. I just read another of you saying somebody was charged $30 for full pedicure so I'm confused why I'm charged that price as well when I went down the street he cleaned my cuticles but you really did not. When we sit down we find out there's only one guy that's going to be doing our nails even though there was another lady there just standing around doing whatever he was telling her to do. He started with my feet first and left my boyfriend just sitting there without his feet even in the water . Long story short I paid $80 for my hands and $30 for my feet EVEN THOUGH I GOT REGULAR POLISH. He charged my boyfriend $50 for a REGULAR mani pedi , no buffing , no clear coat and to top it off he cut the nails down to a nub . Super annoying. From what I read I expected to at least be a little happy. The first picture is the shape I asked for, just a touch shorter. And the right is the design. I had a 530 appointment but they treated me like I didn't and they clearly were annoyed that they had to work on me so close to closing that I felt like I was an annoyance to them. Lewis did my toes fine and then he started all my nails and he clearly doesn't do them very often. I had to point out what was crooked and he said he'd fix it when he filed, but of course it never works out that way. He was taking so long that Andy finally took over and to fix the shape he ended up filing & filing & filing and now I have nails way shorter than I asked for. The design is close to what I asked for, but nothing else is. They said they don't take appointments two weeks out and to call and I should have called this time. I'd had an appointment! They charged me $70 and basically shoved me out the door. I will not be going back and am very disappointed. Also, Andy took a picture of the picture I showed him that I wanted and then posted on his Instagram as if he did those nails. He did not. Beware. read more

I've never had an issue booking; the staff is incredible! BEST service ever! Everyone is really kind and my nails are looking lovely!!! Hyuhn (not sure if that's spelled correctly) did an epic job on my pedicure. She really got into the crevices to remove the ingrown toenails. It was so painful, but they feel so much better for it. The only thing I wish is that the water was hot. It was ice cold upon sitting down I couldn't even put them in. It only took about 5 times to get the temperature warmer. It still wasn't hot, but I didn't want to keep asking. ( this is the only reason for 1 less star) she also did the manicure and shaped my nails nicely! She's good. Ben painted my gel manicure beautifully. He has a great personality and instantly perked me up. My nail chipped a couple days later, but they were quick and kind to redo the thumb and even gave me a fresh clear coat on all the nails. Horrible customer service .. I got a spa pedicure and the tech with long straight auburn brown hair did my pedicure so rushed!! She literally finished it in 10 minutes she did not do anything right .. first she didn't take my nail polish off correctly second she didn't even clean my nails up! She sped the process up! Third she cut down into slanted and crooked shapes!!!! And fourth she applied polish directly to my nail without putting the base layer first what the actual fuck!!! So I got upset and told her no! Where's the bottom layer she said I'll do it on your French tip I was like wtfff!!!????? No and then she smacked the tool down all aggressive and spoke to im assuming the owner of the shop and he came and gave it to her and she applied it in a bad manner! Update: super disappointed. As you can see by my previous review I was super excited to find this place, and had high hopes for them. I love the idea of supporting a small business that had talent and valued customer service. This place was very talented but i will be taking my business elsewhere. I've tried to make appointments on several occasions and they either don't answer or say no. Once I finally did get an appointment, they opened late and I was turned away because the nail technician was not going to come in. I was at a loss for words. So disappointed because this place had promise, but i won't be returning. I just moved to the valley and I was looking for a new nail place. I tried a couple and I was ready to give up, luckily I found this gem on yelp. They're right around the corner from my house so I figured I'd give them a try and I have never had a full set better than the one that I got today. When I arrived was greeted warmly, quickly set up with a spa chair and given a bottle of chilled water. Kevin did my full gel set.
