I love the way my nails came out. I showed the technician, Michelle, a picture of the nails I wanted and she was able to mimic just that. My full set came out just the way I wanted them to. I love how clean their salon is. Her and the other workers really take their time with you. She said that if there was anything I didn't like, to please speak up. She said that it's important that customers are happy with their nails. The address on Yelp is also inaccurate. She told me that she wasn't sure how to fix the address through Yelp. I decided to submit a revision on her behalf. I hope Yelp approves it. The Dali is actually located on Chatsworth with Sepulveda as the cross street. read more

I called and made an appointment, was quoted $28 for a mani/pedi. Nice salon and they did a great job, was excited to find a regular nail salon close by. Disappointed bc I was charged $35 for my mani/pedi! When I asked why the girl said bc they removed my nail polish, it wasn't even gel! For $7 I would remove my own polish, they should have told me the difference before. I love it here, its pretty close to where I live and I can usually call and get an appointment the same day. The workers are cool, I enjoy talking to them and of course not talking to them when I have my book, but I highly recommend. I usually come in for a regular pedi, and I'm very rarely disappointed, I do not recommend it here if you're looking for a gentle and LONG pedicure this is more like let's make your nails look good and then you're gone, which I personally appreciate! read more

It's my second time coming to this shop and I found my new spot. I had been going to another shop in Granada Hills for the last 4 years but lately the quality of work and products deteriorated. I think they were warring down the gel polish and it wouldn't last more than a week... Anyways fast forward to this salon. Michelle is great!! Super detail oriented. She doesn't skip any steps, makes super to start with primer, gives you extra coats if required, and takes her time. My last gel mani lasted more than 3 weeks and would've probably gone longer if I my nails hadn't grown out so much. She listens to what you want and delivers. Also, the other two manicurists are very friendly. They joke around amongst each other and keep the ambiance night. They definitely value customer service and satisfaction. My first time there I saw them turn away two customers who wanted gel manis in less than 35 minutes. The manicurist who wasn't busy with another customer told them that he wouldn't be able to do a good, quality job in that time and that he wanted her to be satisfied. Lastly, the pricing is great! $25 for gel manicure. Highly recommend! read more

A very lonely place. Nice and clean. There was only 3 persons working and the guy was doing my pedicure, he did a great job!!! But the girl doing my nails!! Was so rough, she was nice an apologetic every time she kept filing my skin instead of my nail Which hurt so much , my nails ended up nice but super painful during the process and the day after . Thank you Tony and Michelle for taking good care of me! I went to try this nail salon because of the good reviews on yelp! I'm glad I went... Brand Spanking New... just opened this month. I went in the afternoon and was taken right away. I showed them a pic of fabric I wanted my nails to match and Michelle found just the right colors and even copied a design I showed her. I normally don't get manicures, only pedicures because I have sensitive fingers and a very sensitive cuticle on one of my fingers. I forgot to tell Michelle but when I noticed and told her about it she was very attentive and worked carefully with it. Tony is gentle and made my feet look and feel amazing. I loved the scrub, my feet are super smooth. This is my new nail place!! I'm torn about telling how happy I am... I was looking for a spot to do my nails near where I live, but what is most important to me is to not catch a fungus. When I walked in and saw the spa liner in the foot area, I said BINGO! The salon is very clean and is very relaxing, I loved how much detail was put into doing my pedicure, I just wanted that, no polish just a nice pedicure, and liked it that they did not insist in putting color on my nails. Since I did not get color she tried her best to make it relaxing and focused on making a really good job. I guess... I tried to give this place a chance but their customer service sucks, they've sent me away the last 3 times I have tried to walk in; Michelle always says they're "busy" and when I tried to call and make an appointment they didn't understand what I was saying and hang up on me. Really, you have 4 customers in the salon and you're busy? As I am walking out Tony that works there says "come back tomorrow" um it's 4pm you close at 7pm, you have 4 people at your salon and you're "so busy" that you can't even take me today, no I'm ok, thanks I don't need you acting like you're doing me any favors while I pay you $50 for your services. Sorry but I will be taking my business elsewhere, where it's appreciate and I'm not treated like I'm begging for free services. When I always have tipped them more than $5 per service, including their mediocre pedicure jobs. read more

I walked in on a Saturday morning for a gel manicure and pedicure and was not impressed. The positives are the prices, $34 for both but he mentioned something about a 1 time 20% discount so I think prices will be going up, and they seem pretty clean, used sanitized utensils, threw out the used Punic stones, etc. I had a man (didn't ask for his name) doing my gel manicure and a woman doing my pedicure. The pedicure turned out ok but this was one of the worst gel manicures I've ever received. 1) the place was COMPLETELY EMPTY and it still took an hour and a half to complete both services 2) the man doing my manicure made me feel VERY uncomfortable. He wouldnt stop flirting, even after he saw my wedding ring and I told him i was married 3) he couldn't shape my nails. I asked for square and almost all of them turned out crooked, even after I asked him to fix it 4) he does not know how to polish nails! The polish is super thick and not clean at all I will not be returning here and wouldn't recommend it to anyone read more
