If i could give this place a 0 star i would. But i want to share so you don't loose money like i did. Me and my mother and law went for a girls day. I got a fill, and was looking for short square with color. Let's just say i didn't get that. i had the gentleman and one he was rough and very sloppy. He raised his voice at me for asking for 4 colors and help finding them. I mean hey it's his salon he should have better service right? but no. They friend out horrible. The only thing I don't like is that I live too far away to come back regularly!! I was on vacation with my boyfriend and we had time to kill, so I decided to get a manicure at Blue Nails & Spa. From the moment I walked in, Tracy took great care of me. She was so friendly and did an amazing job. Even my boyfriend couldn't stop talking about how beautiful my nails looked and what a wonderful job she did!! Not only that, but the manicure was still perfect two WEEKS later!! I've been coming to this place since it opened around Covid time. Let me tell you I tried to help them and I only came because they always have availability no matter the day and time. However, there's no loyalty or customer service for as much as I tip. The fact that she kept charging me extra 5$ for bs and charged my daughter 16$ for a color, not a manicure is very low of them. Her husband sucks and always hurts me and I end up with scars and yet still I felt bad and kept going and tipping for horrible service. But finally I got charged for a reshape and had horrible nail coloring and I needed them to fix their mistake, but they wouldn't make it a priority. So here I am now writing a review, don't waste your money or loyalty here. They are money hungry and care less about their regulars. read more

Came in to get a pedicure with 2 friends and they were short staffed. The owner called another girl to come in to accommodate us. Excellent service, clean, many options, not pushy at all, everything was set up perfectly and we were in and out in a reasonable time. read more

My first visit to the salon was great. They did a really good job on my nails. So, I decided to become a client. With every visit to the saloon my nails were worse, Plus, the owner decided to charge me an extra $5 for every visit. I would not recommend this salon to any of my friends, not even enemies. read more

Wanted to try a much closer salon and decided to give this a try. Had Kelly who did a magnificent pedicure, however, it stops there. I asked for a gel manicure. Instead of applying the gel (from a small jar) with a fine paint brush followed by filing after it dries in UV. She instead applied a polish that she said was the gel. That was it. I went home and noticed that my nails were soft & bent easily. Went back to show & tell Tracy and she informed me that this was normal. She offered to apply two more coats of this "gel polish". I left so angry & disappointed. Will never go back read more

No complaints about them being friendly, how ever, I went in for a manicure and pedicure and everything was fine until they started getting more clients. My pedicure lasted 15 min and my manicure about 3 minutes.. soaked my hands for about half a min each. It took longer for Tracy to go get the lotion to rub on my forearms for 15 seconds. Didn't even massage my hands LITERALLY just rubbed the lotion into my forearms. I understand those clients could if walked out but I too was PAYING FOR MY SERVICES. I'm new to the area and if I'm paying $40+ dollars for a service I expect to get done right as well. Definitely won't be coming back.. read more

I recently had a spa pedicure for $30 and ended up the girl doing a regular pedicure. When I questioned her she indicated it was the callus remover which is in the regular pedicure. I will go back to my regular place that doesn't rip me off and can get more for $27. I won't go there again. read more
