Wanted to support local businesses and this place is very close to home so I tried it for a pedi. It's kind of dirty and disorganized. They have pendant lights hanging down near the water basin and random electrical cords VERY NEAR the water. Scary. Also the guy who took care of me was pretty disinterested, skipped the cuticle cutting and tried to clean up my nail beds with his ungloved fingers at the end of the procedure. Yuck. I have been getting my nails done for as long as I can remember and I've recently moved from Orlando to fort Myers and this by far has been the worst nail salon I have ever encountered. Save your $$$ and find another salon! The owner (a man) did my pedicure which was maybe a 5 out of 10 and I showed him a picture of what to the nails I wanted and mentioned I wanted acrylic powder. How I ended up with nothing that I wanted and gel polish I have absolutely no idea. After he finished didn't even put lotion nor asked me to wash my hands so all the nail gunk could be off. Awful!!!! And then at the end when I expressed how disappointed I was on my nail set he gave me $5 off... are you serious! Wow and mind you this is the actual owner who confessed that he doesn't do nails. So if you don't know nails then why do mine and tell me that you can do them? No customer service at all. And who bashes their own salon saying we do great pedicure but not nails! Worst place ever. I've been coming here since they opened years ago but this will likely be my last visit. I did not have an appointment so I waited 30 minutes... which was fine. There were three other patrons receiving pedicures that were well underway. The woman sat down and rushed through my pedicure at record speed of 23 minutes. The people next to me had not even gotten polish yet and I was already shoved under the dryer. She literally never came back. When I decided I was dry, I went to the front where I had to wait another 5 full minutes to pay them for this half assed pedicure. What happened to this place?? Since I have to give at least 1 star to review... I called yesterday and spoke with who I believe was the owner as I saw on their website that liquid gel was $40. So I scheduled an appointment for both my mom and I to have a mani with liquid gel and pedis. When I arrived at the salon (on time!) a lady greeted us and when I informed her that I was there for liquid gel, I was told it would be a while! I wouldn't have minded waiting (even though I had scheduled an appointment to avoid having to wait) but she proceeded to quote me $50 for all liquid and that the $40 was for powder/liquid mix. This was not the person I spoke with on the phone however. Then when I showed her the price on the website, she told me that the price was wrong! Glad I didn't ask about the nexgen which I probably would have ended up getting and since it said call for pricing on the website, I would have gladly paid more! Not sure about the service as of course I didn't stay! Went directly to my favorite nail shop, where they don't do all liquid gel but all the nail techs do a great job, don't false advertise and are very nice. read more

This review is a long time coming and for that I apologize in advance to the staff! I love the staff, the service and the quality of work that I receive Everytime I come here. Other reviews mentioned the frustration of an appt and then not being promptly rushed in. It's because they have a ton of walk in traffic. The equipment is always sterilized and the bowls properly disinfected. It's always clean from the front to the back bathrooms, something I cannot say for other area salons! I have NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN TREATED SO HORRIBLY!!! I was having a bad day and decided to treat myself. This was my first and very last time going here. I went in to only have my nails and toes painted. First they could not get the polish thin enough to use. The older lady asked me if I wanted to pay after she took my polish off my nails. I told her yes. When she saw that I did not tip she began to raise her voice at me and tell me that if I didn't want to tip I should have paid cash. I told her she does not know my financial situation, you don't tell your customers that. She said then you shouldn't be getting your nails done. I said that's not your call. I felt myself getting upset so I made a call. She was dipping in on my conversation from what she heard me say. I told my friend over the phone that maybe the shop was experiencing hard times she started yelling at me telling me I was rude I should always tip. Services had not even been given and this is how I was being treated. I told her to stop yelling at me. Other customers came in and she began to tell other customers I didn't tip. I told her I will never be coming back and if they had not run my card I would get my money back. She told me she would only give me $7 of my money back not the full amount. I told her I want my services because I'm afraid they would continue to treat me unfairly. When it came to painting my toes, I asked if I should take my shoe off, she started taking it off, the older guy was there and said she would take them off, I said I do t want her doing anything more for me because is was extremely rude. He said I will do your toes for you if you stop talking about this situation. I said tell her to stop yelling at me. He asked if I want my money back, I told him I want the services because I didn't not trust they would refund all of my money. I urge you, if you are on a budget or having a bad day, or simply want to be treated fairly, this is NOT the place to go. Danny is the owner. He takes his time with you, and customer service is very important to him. I've been coming for so long, that I've seen good days and bad days with their nail art. I happened to see this place by driving around and glad I did. A basic pedicure and manicure was $30. A regular pedicure is $23 and goes up from there, depending what you add (hot stone, deluxe, paraffin, etc). Chanath did both my manicure and pedicure. She paid attention to detail and I didn't feel rushed. She also didn't bombard me with questions, so if I wanted to close my eyes I could have in peace lol. They are also OPEN ON SUNDAYS! Woo hoo! I got a black mylar mix on my hands and it turned out amazing. While my Mom got a hot stone pedicure, which she said was amazing! I am a frequent client of this salon. I was amazed that some one would have the nerve to bring a three year old in for an appointment. I have left nail salons that allow children. My appointment is to relax and be stress free. Having a child sit on a mother 's lap while the mother is getting a pedicure is very disrespectful to the technician as well as other customers. This salon is in a neighborhood and they treat their customers with high respect and never have I seen them be discourteous to anyone. Do not get your eyebrows waxed here. I asked for clean up and my eyebrows became very thin. I came home crying. When I called to place a complaint when I realized how bad they were and that they were too thin to fill in properly, the gentleman told me my eyebrows were not thinner. He did not even speak English well enough to understand my situation. He even argued with me on the phone! I usually don't leave reviews, I try VERY hard to be understanding and give passes to absolutely eveyone but these people were beyond rude! Just an awful experience. First, I have been coming here for several months (at least 6 months) and every time it was something else....they have you sit down and say they can see you right away and then have you waiting for more than 30 mins... you ask how long and they just say a few mins every single time! They rather lie than lose a client! Overall their attitude and the way the treat the client is very rude. I kept giving them passes and coming back because honestly is super close to my work so it was very convenient. So a few days ago I came in with my sister... she had nail dipping and I had gel done. That day they were definitelyyyy in a bad mood, who knows why.... but they had never been that rude. They guy (Danny) doing my sister's nails kept hitting her with his hand every time he wanted to get her attention and she was on her phone.... instead if just saying EXCUSE ME! Then, I'm sitting in the pedicure chair with my nail technician and he comes to ask me something about my siste's nails and I'm relaxed having my pedicure and zoned out.... so the As*%%* HITS me on the leg!!!! I was definitely was caught off guard and just kept thinking how dare he hit me?!!!! There is absolutelyyyyyy NO excuse to HIT ANYONE!!!!! For no reason!!! NO Danny.... is not funny at all!!! You are being rude and disrespectful!! And should NEVER HIT A WOMAN under anyyyyy circumstances!!! So I was very upset and ask him that next time please, say "excuse me" and that there is no reason to hit me or anyone for that matter. So we left, I was very disappointed to say the least, so next day one of my sister's nails fell off and one of mine was already cracking... so I decided to go back to have them fix it.... first time i ever gooooo back to have a repair ever!!! But since it was the next day I thought it was worth stopping by to have a quick repair! Oh GOD... worse decision ever!!! They were definitely not happy to see me go back... and again were beyond rude... I got there and waited patiently for our turns.... but then I notice they kept passing people that got there after me... so I asked why and Danny said that only my technician could do my repair.... I was like it's just one nail?? Anyone, can do it rather than have me here waiting and waiting! I told him I would pay for the repair and he said he didn't care about me paying I just had to wait for my technician!Needless to say, Danny and Duoc Thi for me asking and yelled at me in front of everyone and told me to shut up!!!
