From the moment we arrived, our entire group was treated with exceptional courtesy and professionalism. Coordinating an event for 30 people can be difficult, but The Grapevine Escape handled it seamlessly. Everyone had an amazing time, and people were still talking about their rooms afterward. At the time they had an incentive program to come back and do more of their rooms that one of our friends wanted to earn ... though they lost interest after doing 2 of the rooms. One that we did, fairy tale, had some broken items, there was scrapes and such on the wall, and things we needed missing. We ended up having to push the help button multiple times to get our helper to realize we were missing items. Hopefully they have fixed things and improved, though with so many escape rooms that are better in the area it's hard to justify coming back to ones that don't keep their rooms maintained.

I was really excited about the experience but let down when a part of my game didn't work…read more We chose Only Murders in the Building, and there's a book shelf component that required you to pull the books in the correct order. It failed to respond even when the correct books were pulled. Our guide did confirm this was a room error, and it prevented us from completing the game. It was disappointing that we weren't able to pause our time to have the mechanical error fixed and progress with the game or receive an offer to retry the experience in a functional room.
