It was very clean, with rows and rows of washers and dryers. Different sizes of washers, depending on our needs. All machines took quarters or use of a app- It was much more expensive than I expected but the process and time spent at Soapy Jane's was painless. If I ever need a laundry mat again, I'll definitely come back to Soapy Jane's.

They were responsive to my texts and call and promptly picked up my laundry, asked what service i required and trusted me enough to not charge me until the laundry was done as I handed off my laundry on the day i was leaving for home in Texas. They went beyond the norm and pressed my clothes and folded it nicely and were awesome enough to deliver it back to me when i returned back for work. I can't recommend them and their service enough and their prices are fair. I'll be using them often and have recommended their service to my fellow coworkers.

Despite the exceptional customer service provided by Chantelle, the overall experience was unsatisfactory. I had taken a tuxedo and a tuxedo shirt to have them professionally pressed. I specificaly requested my pants have a sharp crease. Unfortunately, the lady at the counter lacked knowledge about suits and mistakenly ordered the pants to be starched. Wool dress slacks, in contrast, do not require starching. We promptly contacted the company to request a change to "no starch." My tuxedo was scheduled to be ready the following day. Then my anxiety inducing nightmare started and went on for a good week! Upon my first visit, I noticed that the pants were crease-free and pressed flat, resembling women's dress slacks. The jacket remained wrinkled, and my shirt was poorly pressed. The entire outfit was in such horrible shape as if a fifth-grader had pressed my outfit! A manager named Tori was contacted and agreed to rectify the situation and have the tuxedo ready that evening. Unfortunately, Tori neglected to communicate the order to the plant. After three additional visits and enduring a week of frustration and anxiety, I requested that the tuxedo be delivered to me without them doing anything further. By this time, the manager's incompetence and lack of internal communication were clearly evident. Finally, after a week of this ordeal, I picked up my Tux and the shirt, only to have it redone by different cleaner in town. While I refrain from naming employees when service is subpar, management is a different matter. Managers are compensated to receive public criticisms when they are incompetent. Therefore, manager Tori must improve in numerous ways or this business will be in trouble. As for Chantelle, they are lucky to have an employee of that caliber!

I have always had a good experience here...good, clean, new machines. The owner is always helpful. I go on weekdays early to avoid crowds. There are coffee shops nearby too, which makes doing laundry a more palatable chore. Although I've never paid to have my laundry done, the clothes I see hanging and folded ( that they do) look really nice. If I were going to hire this job out, this is where I would take it.

Also an abundance of broken glass ( pipes?) on floor and in dryers... also, candy and toy machines don't work, don't put your money here. Good thing they have a gambling machine to keep all the homeless occupied.
