There was nothing mentioned about any exceptions or special requirements. I arrived right when they opened, walked in, and the first thing the associate asked me was if I knew the inseam measurements of my pants and what length I needed them to be. I was honestly confused by the question. I don't know my inseam measurements -- that's the whole reason I came to a cleaners that offers alterations. I expected they would measure the pants, or measure me, and determine the proper length. She told me they don't do that and that customers have to come in with their own exact measurements. This was never stated on their website. Had that been communicated upfront, I would've come prepared or gone somewhere else and saved myself the trip. On top of that, the interaction wasn't very friendly or welcoming. The whole experience felt dismissive and inconvenient, especially after going out of my way first thing in the morning. Really disappointing experience and not what I expected based on how their services were presented online.

The employees told me it takes a long time to get shoes done there, but it was the second employee who told me that I should wait for an email once my boots are finished (and not look at the date on the ticket). The boots came back with the heels replaced and painted, but the polishing job was minimal and I could still see the scuff marks. I commented on this in front of the third employee (my 3rd time in the store), but she didn't respond. My husband and his friend agreed that the scuff marks of wear are still visible and the boots don't look polished at all. John's Cleaners sends customer's nice emails, and so I responded to their email with my complaint. That was 3 days ago and I haven't heard anything. My husband and I will never go to this cleaners. I will be taking my boots to yet ANOTHER place in order to get them polished.

I was nervous about trying them again, but given johns great customer service, I thought, "why not". So I dropped a white dress off that I had worn once before. It had a small red and wine stain on it near the hem. I dropped it off hoping to have it cleaned so I could wear it one night during my wedding weekend. I went to pick it up, and the red wine stain hadn't even been touched. I pointed this out and the woman said "whoops I guess we missed that!" And then said she would have it fixed right away. Fast forward 2 weeks! TWO! The wedding came and went and no word on the dress. I figured no big deal I'll wear it on the honeymoon which we leave for in 10 days. So I call the day we get back from the wedding and ask about my dress. Turns out they had misplaced it and it never was sent out to be fixed. Alright, they assure me they will have it ready for the honeymoon. Now, we leave in 5 days and I show up to pick up the dress. Red wine stain, GONE! Yay!! But.... Wtf are all the black stains on the skirt of the dress?? They fixed one problem and created a bigger one. Now, no dress for honeymoon, original dress is ruined, and I am very disappointed in the service here. I do NOT recommend. They still have my dress and apparently I'm supposed to get a call from John this week. I commit to posting an update once this has been settled.

Great company and a wonderful, friendly staff! I've used Champion Cleaners for 5+ years and have had great success in getting my work attire, drapes and other items dry cleaned or clothes hemmed with a smile. Their proximity to my work and home are also big selling points. I've tried other cleaners over the year closer to my office when I worked in Denver however they were were no match for Champion Cleaners. Champion Cleaners is without a doubt the best dry cleaner in the area. It is a family owned business and their attention to detail is second to none. I have been a long time customer since moving here in 2007 and have never had one issue or complaint. I primarily use the Louisville location but there is also one near Jason's Deli at Flatirons. I've used them for the last 7 years. We actually moved down to broomfield and I tried a local place - worst mistake ever. Clothes were overly stiff and a suit jacket still had a stain. Plus the price was almost double! So I've still been driving up 36 to this location to do all my dry cleaning cause they're affordable, pleasant and I've never once had an issue. read more

I'm not happy about the 4 day return. I need my clothes faster. And they are over priced. Continental cleaners in Westminster gets them done same day. And always look great. Champions quality is good tho I won't argue that. But for me I just can't wait 4 days every time read more

I have used the Champion near Flatirons about 20 times and have never had any negative experiences. Proximity to 36 makes it an easy place to stop on my commute from Denver to Boulder. Their staff is friendly and I enjoyed the promotional pricing while it lasted. read more
