It's only 2 rooms and one is rarely ever used. He gave us upfront pricing and information about each unit. In the end he suggested we use mini splits which saves us over a thousand dollars upfront as well as utilities cost as we only need cool one room when it's being used. One of the units had issues after a week and when we called him back, he came right out no questions asked and fixed it. He didn't charge us a dime and it's been working great since! The second time we called was when our heater went out. He came out and first looked to see if he could fix it. When he couldn't, he didn't just say yup it's broken, he showed me the problem and explained in detail what's wrong and why it needs to be replaced. Again the process was the same as last time. Gave me options and up front pricing. Explained each unit never steering me toward one product. It was a cold week and he squeezed us in 2 days and offered to let us use space heaters until it was installed. Lastly he cleans up his mess. We had actually called someone else when looking to add A/C and had them clean out our vents and they left a huge mess and lost 2 big jobs. Barwick wont do that to you. After cleaning the vents and dryer and full dryer troubleshooting, we contacted At Your Service Pros (kudos to the Costco-dispatched tech for noticing the extremely hot circuit breaker). At Your Service was very flexible on appointment times, and one of their techs, Kyle, came out to service the home. Kyle reproduced and diagnosed the issue to the circuit breaker. Not only did he fix the circuit breaker, but he also noticed some of the wiring needed to be placed at the service panel, which he did as well. He also checked the other breakers while he was out there and made sure the dryer outlet was okay. Lo and behold, the dryer works perfectly now. Thanks Kyle and At Your Service for getting this issue fixed and for taking a larger look at the panel to make sure things look okay. I appreciate Kyle was on time and that the service was professional and efficient.
