Honda recommended this place for windshield repair. I had an appointment made very quickly which was great and the woman that checked me in was very friendly, however the man scheduled to do my repair said I needed my entire windshield replaced and he could not just do the repair. I left and called my insurance company to file a claim, they sent me to safelite right away and I had the crack repaired in 30 minutes with no issues. The crack was about the size of a quarter and did not spread, there was no need to replace my windshield. I do not recommend this place, from this experience it appears they are either inexperienced or lie about what is needed to get more money. read more

I would NOT recommend using this company! I had to take them to court. They performed repairs on my window and damaged my Truck in the process. They initially promised to pay for the damages (and even signed a document stating so), but as time went on, they came up really crazy lies to evade responsibility. They are an incredibly dishonest business. If they cause any damage, they will fight you tooth-and-nail to resolve it. read more

Blue Ribbon Auto Glass replaced my windshield recently (2 days ago). I had an appointment. I arrived about 10 minutes early. They were ready to service my vehicle. The replacement was completed and system recalibrated in about an hour. They recommended that I avoid car washes for a day or two. I know nothing about replacing windshields, but the car looked great cosmetically. Provided it does not leak when it comes a driving rain or I go to the carwash it was 5 star service. I'm feel confident that should there be any issues they will make it right. read more

I am first time I use Blue Ribbon Auto Glass who Gettel Toyota recommended it. I called and set up appointment on May 31,2022 with Aaron who receptionist. I came early than technician and Aaron told me the technician was picking my glass. Roughly about 40 minutes, the technician arrived and asked my car key. I gave to him. After a little more than an hour I were so happy to see it done and took out $30 as tip. However, I approached to my car and I saw the windshield crooked; on my passenger was lower than the driver side. At instance, I walked to tell receptionist Aaron which something did not look right. At that moment, I thought the technician can correct easily since the adhesive doesn't set. About 10 minutes later the technician walked from the shop and at my car and said " it supposed look like that" After that he tried to argue with me. I told him that I am not for argue with, I am for your help and expertise. He mumbled and the owner will say the same thing. I called my insurance over an hour and other receptionist said the owner whom name Grey will come to my house check and correct for me. She ask me to sign the paper and I say the job is not complete and correctly. I told her that I will sign when Mr. Grey come fix my windshield. On June 1, 2022. I expect Mr. Grey came to correct the windshield. Oh boy a big let down. He told me the windshield is defected and explained the pin was not placing at correctly and threatened me that I do not let my insurance pay him, he will put a lean on my car. I stand there hear and record all these to my phone. This was a company the Ford dealership had contracted to repair the panoramic sunroof on my Ford Edge. Short story, after finally getting all parts in they began the work and damaged the new sunshade. Back ordered, but found another one at another dealer....after almost 2 weeks, they returned the vehicle back to Ford dealer unfinished and said they were not able to complete the repair. We used Blue Ribbon Auto Glass after having our glass replaced by Safelite because our insurance company recommended them. We had nothing but trouble with the Safelite installation. Problems like the mirror would not adjust to the correct position, the crash sensor was would not function, and we could hear air coming from the dash area. I called the dealer and they recommended Blue Ribbon. It was a wonderful experience. The man was respectful, clean and immediately saw problems with the previous install. They were great at getting this set up, a couple of delays in getting the windshield installed but crew did a good job. After, has now become a nighmare. the invoice was faxed to my insurance agent, who has requested on several occasions a W9 so they could be paid, instead of submitting the proper paperwork for payment, they contracted with an attorney who is nothing more than a scam ambulance chaser.... I was very disappointed. My Daughters windshield started making poping noises and the rubber seal was flapping in the wind around her windshield. Blue Ribbon came to our house to fix it and they glued the rubber back on the windshield over top of some old blue tape that the dealership put on temporarily until blue ribbon came out to my house,and said it was fixed after doing so. After they claimed it was fixed my daughter was driving to school on the expressway and heard cracking/popping noises and an air leak coming from her windshield. We called blue ribbon and the guy on the phone said the windshield needs to be replaced and he would schedule someone to come out. The guy got in the car and started pushing on the windshield then asked if he could drive it on the expressway to see what kind of noises it was making. I said that is ridiculous your not taking my car on the expressway I just told you what is happening can you fix the windshield or not? He said I'm not fixing anything until I take it for a ride and make sure that it is the windshield. I'm not sure what they're problem is with replacing a windshield. I thought that was what they do. I took the car to Safelite and they said the windshield definitely needs to be replaced they did not need to take it for a test drive to verify the information I already gave them.
