Within a reasonable time, my car was serviced. The advisor sat with me and went over all of the items that had been looked at (all of the major ones), which were also listed on a printed sheet along with suggestions on their expected life. The good news was that nothing else needed immediate attention and no one tried to push any extra services on me. I had some questions about delaying some of the suggested repairs and felt that they were answered honestly. My car was also washed and vacuumed for free.! Overall it was a very good experience!

Every time I've been in, the experience has been fun and laid back. I get to hang out with the employees or other customers as the bike gets worked on. Sara is super helpful, Bob always has time to talk bikes and bike stuff, and Lana--probably the busiest person there--is very effective at what she does. She was able to have BMW cover a service recently so there was zero out-of-pocket for me. And if you haven't seen it, please walk through the upstairs museum of family motorcycles. We went to Honda of Sarasota and they were so unbelievably rude and high-pressure that we were not even allowed to test drive a vehicle unless we agreed to talk to their finance people, which we did not want to do. We tried repeatedly to ask to test drive and look at a vehicle, but Elvis Diaz refused unless we spoke with finance, and so we finally left and we will never return. We will also warn others away from ever setting foot at that dealership. We returned yesterday to Hendrick Honda and Mr. Pernell Engram was very polite and showed us the vehicles that we wanted to look at, he let us take a test drive, and was no pressure, he allowed us to take our time and compare vehicles. AAYS contacted me to see if I wanted them to sell it. After awhile I agreed. Signed the contract and my vessel sat in my marina (2 hrs away) for 6 months. On numerous occasions I was told the boat would be picked up only to have them say a couple days later that they never said it was being picked up. When I finally reached the owner, I was told my boat would never sell for the price that they originally told me they would sell it for. A second contract was signed with me having to take less and them receiving the same. The day the boat was finally picked up, the transport guy who works for them, tried to hit me up for a $350 transport fee. When i told him leave the boat where it is, he decided to waive the fee. I was told by AAYS that a transportation fee was not asked for. Long story short, beware. Liars and scammers. I'm sure they will reply with some lame comment but when the person who bought the boat calls me and says they wish they never bought from this company, there must be a problem.
