This place was great back in May of 2025- I had a small service done, was told my rear wheel bearing were very noisy and should be replaced. I called a week ago - told them I wanted to do the repair I was given an estimate on - 2 rear wheel bearings replaced - estimate-$672- go to pick up car it was $627 for 1. I was dumbfounded- long story short- tells me only 1 was bad - the bill is for one - which is double the estimate- he tells me.. oh that was from the old manager- he's no longer here!!! It's not $360 for 1 rear wheel bearing hub kit - anywhere!!!!! Hour of labor too.. So sad as I liked them .. I guess I liked the old manager that wasn't ripping people off! read more

Drove to Sarasota from Savannah, hoping to purchase a used Miata car. Long story short, it was a sentimental purchase. Lowe's was mentioned on the Miata forum, had good reviews elsewhere, and even listed pre-purchase inspection on their website, so I contacted them to schedule an appointment. They were able to add us to the schedule and completed the inspection in an hour. Their report was thorough and helped allay some concerns from the Carfax report (mainly regarding accident repair). I had trouble with my Ford Escape while on I75. I managed to get it to a Ford dealer who, without breaking a smile, said it would be six weeks before they could even look at it. I called AAMCO, Dallas said to bring it in. After a short drive and tow truck, it was dropped off. The next day he contacted me with the issues and provided a video explaining the problem. Horrible experience here. They did a terrible job at disclosing important information that would have stopped me from letting them work on my engine. Constantly had to call them to get updates. I kept speaking to different workers which ultimately led to a miscommunication where they were supposed to leave the car as is and it wasn't left as is... so now I'm out of a car and they want me to pay to have my car towed off the lot or give them the title. I highly recommend spending your money somewhere else that's not going to overtax and just overall have a disregard for you and your vehicle. read more

I was under the impression after reading these reviews that this might be a better place to bring our cars instead of the Cadillac dealer who was charging way too much for service, but I couldn't have been more wrong. They charged us $700 to change the oil, spark plugs and transmission fluid and claimed that they spent two hours time diagnosing the on-board computer at some unrealistic hourly fee and that I needed to spend another $3200 on the car and remove the top half of the engine to replace a part. Took it to Cadillac and they charged $175 for a new sensor which fixed the "Check Engine" light and then went to Goodyear for a set of tires and front brake pads for $700. Want to have a bad day, go see these clowns. read more
