I booked Blue Ribbon Cleaning for a deep-clean of a 4-bedroom house, at a cost of SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS. That would be fine if they left the house sparkling clean, but they did a TERRIBLE job. They didn't even bother to clean the kitchen sink, which was so filthy there's no excuse for missing it. They also only dusted about 1/3 of the house, when I opened the door to come inside you could see the dust particles flying around. While the floors and bathrooms were well cleaned by the one cleaner who worked hard, the other two spent most of their time carrying around my cat, talking and playing music. The owner was rude when I pointed out the issue. Will never book again. read more

Sherry & Sheryl go above & beyond to make sure all my needs are met and the house sparkles after their visits. They have been coming to my home for many years and with every visit, both me & my home are treated with love & respect. I have 2 cats & 4 small dogs and all of them adore Sherry & Sheryl, wagging their tails and sitting on their laps for attention. I place a lot of trust in my pet's ability to use their instincts to like people and they let me know how much they enjoy the gal's company! During the pandemic, I moved my 90 year old mom in my home, & the gals are very sweet to her, helping her get anything she needs and mom enjoys chatting with Sherry & Sheryl very much. Terrible company to hire for cleaning! I hired them to do a detail clean on my new home prior to moving in and they did a terrible job! Food crumbs still on floor, dirty floors, dirty cabinets inside and out, and I swear the showers were not even cleaned! The house smelled so bad of bleach I had to air it out after they left! I would never use this company again or recommend to anyone! I pulled up after they were "done cleaning" and one of the girls was outside my house smoking a cigarette! Very unprofessional and when I did a walk through and saw the lack of detail I wasn't happy! I would never pay $455 for the lack of cleaning they did! read more

I called Blue Ribbon for same-day service, I spoke with the representative and she hooked me up with top-notch service. She helped get a crew to come clean my house, after I recently moved out. The crew arrived on time & helped us right away. They cleaned up all the extra garbage and made my house look great. I couldn't have been happier with the services and the price. I think they charged somewhere around $80-$90 per hour. Later, I learned that the telephone representatives was the manager. She called a few times throughout the day to make sure I was happy and even called the next day for a follow-up. I felt that I was given great customer service and would highly recommend this cleaning company to anyone who has just moved out and needs help cleaning. read more

If I could I'd give these people NO STARS. They are horrible cleaners. They did a move out clean for us and left Cobb webs, lots of grime in kitchen. I chose this company based on Yelp reviews and my conversation on the phone with the company representative. I have a large house with many windows and I received a bid for $900-$1100, depending on the window accessibility. Two young men arrived on time and were in quite a hurry as I showed them through the house. I had to leave, so my husband noted they took 3 hours, thus 6 hours total of labor. The cost was $950. When I returned, I noted one room with two windows (2 panes) and three more small windows (6 panes) were not done inside or out. One cleaned window still had unbroken spider webs which told me they did not open it and clean the tracks as promised. I did not check all the windows for clean tracks. The staff were polite and offered to have someone return to clean the windows. I declined and I will look elsewhere to find a regular window cleaner. read more

I had my house cleaned last Friday and for the price I was not impressed with what they did. I feel like they only did the very minimum and didn't really care much. They cleaned out the refrig, which was nice, but didn't clean the inside side door. They left spider webs in the bathroom, but got the ones in the living room. read more
