I had to park my boat somewhere else when it arrived because it wouldn't go on lift. After having to move lift further out ourselves, we put the boat on it. Then a cable snapped and ripped through our brand new lift. My husband and I saw a crew members after who wasn't even an employee pull a piece out and spent about 10 minutes trying to put it back. It was a pin that holds a pully for the cable to ride on. When he put pin back, the pully was not in place and was inside the tube. I let them know what happened. They said they don't service my lift brand and that's not how they adjust the legs. I know that's not how they should adjust legs but it's what this inexperienced mad did. It caused about $1,800 in damage to my lift. And then they wanted us to pay for them putting out lift in. When we refused, they sued us. Beware. The owner never contacted me either. He has his office manager email me.

This place popped up as a recommendation. Matt came to my house and showed me samples and educated me thoroughly on every option. I had never had any floor installations done before so I was pretty clueless. Matt made it easy for me. Never felt pressured into anything and him and his team were so friendly and helpful! Whole process went smoothly. They installed it while I was at work, came home to see it and I love it! They did an awesome job. I would recommend this company!!

I didn't want to make everyone wait and I didn't want to criticize the workers in from of them, so I didn't walk around and check every inch of the carpet. Within a week there was a loop exposed on one of the seams where the carpet edges meet. The owner came back and cut it off. Very nice for him to do a home visit, but I could've cut it off all by myself (and risked it fraying further without any help). I thought he'd do something more permanent and professional. A few months later there was another large loop coming up on a different seam and he said he'd come over and GLUE it. I figured I could do that too so didn't make him come. At any rate, it's still unglued and raveling off and I am frustrated with their work. The edges are uneven around the fireplace and it's just plain shoddy workmanship.
