Absolutely terrible company. We purchased a duplex that already had cabinets from this company. The…read morecabinets are of poor quality and were put in poorly (multiple gaps, mismatched colors where they tried to fill gaps, in the attached images the staff notes how the piece in question was improperly installed). We ordered a replacement piece under warranty on January 3rd. After multiple communications we discovered our order had never been placed and the person we had been communicating with had quit. The order was then replaced though it took months to receive communication that the order had arrived. We actually had to personally follow up multiple times to figure out if it had arrived. When we went to pick up the order the staff told us we would need to pay $150+ for the product even though this had never been communicated with us and we were told the replacement piece was covered under warranty. We provided proof of this via multiple written text and email communications though they refused to cover it under warranty and demanded payment. On top of all of this it took more than 30 minutes for them to locate our product in the shop. They had never linked our order with our address and had misspelled our name entirely resulting in this prolonged wait. It is unfortunate as they recently merged with Bliffert Lumber where we are routine customers (have purchased baseboards, gardening supplies, tools and more). We will never shop with either company EVER again as a result of this terrible customer service and product. Stay away! This place is awful.

When they were installed there was already a number of dings and dents. They offered me a patch kit. Also they did not listen to my design ideas even though it's my kitchen. Honestly I wish we would have went to Loews. We would have save money and had a better quality.

Once we decided on a stone, he had a detailed quote for us in less than two days which coverd the layout, edge detail of the countertops and approx. installation date. He sent detailed shop drawings for approval and once the install date was set it was met. The installation went very smooth as the two installers were professional, efficient and good guys. They explained the types of caulk choices and maintenance of a natural stone. We will be calling Chris on the next project that requires countertops.

From the…read moremoment I met with Skyler I knew immediately she would assist and guide me through what became a fabulous project, Her common sense attitude and absolute professionalism and expertise put me at ease and certainly helped the decision making process. Mikayla, another sales associate, was also very knowledgable and helpful. Adam, came to measure and his dry wit had us in stitches but his artistry in the matching of the stone is remarkable. Tyler and Aaron N. are possibly the most skilled installers. They are real artisans fitting the stone and problem solving in my 100+ year old house. We were happy from day one and the attention and respect that was shown to us during this adventure was truly stellar. Everyone who walks into my home comments on the beauty of my kitchen and the stone is definitely the star. I happened upon Stone Dimensions in a very random way and Jackson became my guide. Our experience was wonderful and yours will be too when you partner with this wonderful crew.

After signing all their…read morepaperwork saying they are not responsible for any damages to your house and putting money down to get started, we even had to pay a charge for an oversized piece. I assumed they would send a larger crew to handle the larger piece. We started laying out the counter top. My wife spent several hours over multiple days working with multiple designers for the best pattern. On install day, 2 guys showed up and I asked if another crew member was coming to help with the oversized counter and they said no. Why was there an oversized charge when I needed to help the 2 workers lift the oversized counter? The layout that my wife approved with G.P. was not what we got. The pattern/seam does not line up to the drawing they provided. I understand that the fabricator has the final say, but it was not even close to lining up and not brought to our attention that it would not line up. Looks bad. One piece, 25"x22", also was cut crooked by about 1/4" so now next to the stove, it is tight toward the front of the stove, and there is a 1/4" gap at the back of stove. Other pieces are not cut square, but not 1/4" off. On another piece, they scraped and gouged the walls, which needed patching and repainting. Maybe a larger crew (that I paid the oversized fee for) may have prevented this. I am giving two stars because of patterns that don't line up, for not being able to cut a small piece square, and for having to patch and paint walls.

I hate to complain because I really enjoyed working with the staff here for our new countertop…read moreinstallation last June, but I'm super disappointed with a current situation now a year later. They neglected to install the countertop up to Wisconsin's state code, and they tried to charge me $379 for them to come out and drill the $29 hole that it would take to make it up-to-code (which should have been done in the first place). We tried getting a new dishwasher installed and were told we need to have an air gap hole drilled to be up to Wisconsin state code as of 2020, and if we install the dishwasher anyways without having the air gap hole drilled, we would be voiding our home insurance in cases of fire/flood due to the dishwasher. When we got the countertops from Badger Granite, they had asked if we needed an air gap hole drilled. I said that our last countertop did not have one, so they told me we don't need it for the new countertop either. I am disappointed that we were given this false information. When I spoke to someone at Badger Granite on the phone about it a few days ago, they said "your contractor should have told you that", but Badger Granite was in fact our contractor, and did not tell us. The contractor from Badger Granite who came out to drill the hole now even said that we would need that done to sell the house. We should have been advised of this, and should not have been responsible for covering any fee except the $29 for the hole to be drilled (as it should have been done during initial set-up, had we been advised that it is Wisconsin state code). They did "reduce" the price to $150 instead of $379 after I explained how ridiculous the situation is, but it shouldn't have been more than the actual $29 price nor should I have had to go through this, if they had just followed and advised of Wisconsin state code.

My husband and I selected Badger Granite to install granite countertops in our kitchen and bathroom…read morebecause they had positive reviews, were able to install quickly, and they had great customer service in the showroom. There were really no initial signs that our experience would be less than positive but things went downhill quickly. There were a lot of missteps in this business relationship but the main being - 1. They overcharged us by $300+ and when my husband confronted them the manager argued. We later received a call back from Lani letting us know that Badger had made a mistake. If you work with this company, triple check your charges and think about what was installed. It then took 2+ weeks to get a refund check. 2. I had to wait 4 weeks to get someone out to repair mistakes and they no called, no showed for the initial appointment. When the fabricator finally showed up the second time he yelled at me and told me that my expectations were too high. He finally made the repairs after I listened to him rant for 15 minutes. 3. Overall the install job was fine. Not the best I've ever seen. Luckily we love the colors of our counters but this company was not one I would recommend nor are they a business I would choose to work with again.
