I have used , and loved, BR Hemp for years --keeping the joint care in our medicine cabinet constantly. Over the last few months, I have attempted to get help from this company!! April 1 I ordered 2 jars and pd $100+ but never received it. Because we were running low, I thought maybe it was a mailing glitch. So, I ordered another 2 jars and paid 100+ again. To date, I have not received either order?!?!? I have now contacted this company thru email (way too many times), thru their website and by phone but can't reach anyone nor get a response?!?!? .I'm feeling very let down by a company I trusted. I will not let this go --if I need to make the 2 1/2 hour trip to get there to talk with someone I will be doing that!! Very disappointed with my purchase of CBD Muscle Gel as this was supposed to be a gift for a friend suffering from chronic pain and severe arthritis. The order took weeks to arrive and when it did it came in a jar that looked completely different from what they advertised. It didn't have a label on it like they advertised on their website. It had a white sticker with black print with information. As this might be okay for some people, but this was a gift for someone and didn't look legitimate to me. Waste of money and time. If I can give you a zero I would. I have been a customer since 2018. Have purchased numerous items from you. The first time I had an issue was when one of my orders was incomplete. I have tried to call and email and can never get through. I let it go since I was happy with the products. This time I have had an issue with another of their products (Solventless CBD Muscle Gel). When I first purchased it, I loved it. Seemed to help my pain. Then when I purchased it again, it wasn't the same thing. I have reached out through email and phone calls. I haven't heard from anyone. When I tried to call again, their mailbox is full. Still no word. HORRIBLE customer service. They don't care obviously. Maybe they have enough clientele that they don't care about those of us who have been using them from afar. I will have to look for another business that cares. read more

Their prices and product are solid, and they let you smoke their product IN THE STORE because there's a nice little half outside area, and that rules. I Own a CBD Company myself and once carried these products. A previous customer reached out to me in pain and asked me to place an order for him as he was in a lot of pain. I paid the 2 day shipping so my patient could get the product faster... Three weeks later, the order has not been delivered, nor is the number listed for this business even working. It goes straight to Voicemail. I guess I will have to dispute this with my bank. $105, and no product and I have an unhappy Customer. Horrible Service. read more

I am very disappointed with my purchase I bought from Blue Ridge Hemp company a few weeks ago. Firstly, I never got a tracking number to let me know when I would get it. What I got was a bogus Shop app update that they never updated to let me know if I would get my package. I waited over a month and nothing. So I canceled the order with my credit card and about a week after I received my stuff. I opened it up and gave them their money. Now that I have opened the product to use, it is practically unusable because it is a salve and is grainy and doesn't hold together. Do not buy from this company as they DO NOT care about their customers anymore! I had tried contacting them in everyway possible to no avail. I truly tried communicating so I could continue business. Yes, I finally got my product but its so disappointing after having used it for about 5 years. Never again! read more

I used to order online from this place every other week. As soon as I had an issue with an order - things got terrible. They take upwards of a week to respond to a simple question about an order. If you even get a response. When you do get a response, it's a generic, "everything's okay, I'll get back to you later" type of response. I mean, how hard is it to simply type an email? They take ages to ship out, do not communicate with customers, do not email back timely responses, have reps who are pissy and defensive and do not care about your orders.
