She had an assortment of oils and vinegars and even offered to pair some oils and vinegars together so we could see how they tasted combined. I was super impressed with all of the oils and we even walked out with quite a few bottles. The truffle oil was definitely my favorite (and typically is), but I am excited to use my other selections in future dishes.
