I got the Italian and it tasted so fresh, and it was made with real meat, or that's what the ladies behind the counter told me, I didn't read any labels so I took their word for it, it a butchery shop too so I feel like they're the ones to trust on this. Not only was the sub delicious, but the smell when you walk in is also amazing, if they made that scent as a perfume or cologne people would flock to whoever was wearing it, it's just a spicy and delicious smell as soon as you walk in. I've gotten steaks from here in the past and they were great, they even offered to season it there I you want it. The last thing is that the staff is SO NICE! Every time I've gone in the staff has been so incredibly nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this place for their subs, meats and they have a nice array of other food stuffs that I would love to try. Definitely check it out if you're in the area.
