She found all of my pain spots and worked them out with perfect pressure. She asks often if you need more or less. I personally don't enjoy high pressure massages but she's able to do them if you need them. We won't fly up once a month but definitely every 3 months wouldn't be out of the question. Lexi combines Ayuvedic bodywork and herbal knowledge with Thai massage as well as some amazing facial massage techniques, and the result is something that felt more deeply therapeutic than most bodywork I've ever received. She was super thoughtful of my needs, took care to focus on areas that were in extra pain/distress. She has a really healing touch, and she's kind of an alchemist - every element; from hydrating electrolytes to the medicinals in my steam were noticeably effective and enjoyable. Nice extra touch - the studio is a sensory delight, too. Everything smells amazing and it's very visually pleasing. It feels like your treatment starts when you enter the building. Side note - the steam treatment is a tent that sits over your whole body on the massage table, so you're lying down (which is wonderful as opposed to the seated type of tent), and it was wild to feel the pain melt away from my joints with the wet warmth.
