One of the worse nail salons I have been to. I went there when it first open and I was very excited. But my nails were horrible! They we're not straight at all and very uneven. I decided to try them again, worse decision I made. None of my nails were the same. Different shapes, clumps, and design was awful. I went back in to show them to get my money back after this happening twice now and they were very rude. Talking to me while playing a game on there phone. Once they got me sat down they did not listen to anything I had to say and were fixing them but ended up making them still with different shapes and clumps. I highly do not recommend coming to this place at all. read more

I've been going to this place since it opened And it not the cheapest. I've had a few issues with the quality of my nails. The final straw for me was the tech did a horrible job on my hands and feet. I was very unhappy because I was heading out on vacation. When I went back the following day to have them fix it prior to leaving they made excuses about my feet and only redid my hands. I have been a loyal customer and I always tipped well. I will not be returning nor will my daughter and a couple friends. There is a lesson in doing the right thing for your customers. The first time I tried this place i asked fot dip . Apoarently she thought i said tips.. cutting all my nails and started glueing nails on. I was so frustrated. I gave them another try today. First off, this place is so beautiful. Nice, and clean. The down fall of it, I asked for a polish change. Unaware that it'd cost me $20 without tip. Im someone who enjoys and loves to tip, especially when the service I receive in worth it and professional. Holy nails Batman! This nail salon is upscale and gorgeous on the inside. I love the fact that most of the nail techs are men. My nails look far better than the competitor and my nail bed wasn't sore the next day. Ryan was very gentle and took his time. You don't feel like you're being rushed. A friend and I considered going here a couple months ago and never did, but she ended up there a couple weeks ago with another friend, and I was really needing my nails done and a pedi, so I called today (New Years day) and got in. When they asked my name, I told them Linda and I think they confused that with me wanting an appointment with Linda, but it worked out fantastic, although delayed my appointment by 30 minutes ! Linda did a great job. I had broken my foot Black Friday and had to warn her not to press in a particular area...not only was she super cautious and heard me, but she was not so overly cautious where I'm afraid most people would avoid touching the foot altogether. I had the herbal pedi with green tea, then had a rebase on my acrylic nails. She was quick and really good. I'm glad I finally made it in and will absolutely be back! read more

Really disappointed in this place. I have tried really hard to be patient with them. Let me first off say that one of the owners who is pregnant is sweet and she fixed my nails once due to a disaster of a situation where the matte gel polish would not dry matte and the male technician was coughing on my hands the entire time and blamed it on smokers cough. The last time I was there I typed my phone number in for the rewards program and it told me that I was one visit away from hitting my gift ($5 off). I get there today have my nails done and I asked one of the male owners to pull up the iPad so that I can type in my reward number. I typed in my phone number and it popped up with a gift box with a bow on it and said congrats you have five points ($5 reward) I turn the screen around to show him and he says wait, that's the wrong number( how is that the wrong number when it's my phone number?) so he turns it away from me presses some bottoms and then asks me to re type my number in. I type my number in and it resets me all over and says you have one point, you are 4 more points away from 5( 5 dollars off) I confronted him and told him that it was correct the first time and he tried to argue with me and tell me that they don't scam people. I was upset and tried to let it go as I saw clearly I had hit the $5 off reward the first time. I go to pay and they charge me $50 for short nails. 40 for dip and 5 for the tips. I ask what the extra five is for and she says because you did the coffin shape! Excuse me? Does this look like coffin to you? I don't think so!!! Way to nickel and dime blue sky. I've referred many close friends here and they will be losing all of our business for sure. They have a few young boys working in this salon, I think it's great for them to get experience, but a dip set should never take 2 hours! Nails are constantly cracking within a week of getting them done. Request a female as the males don't have an eye for symmetric nails. read more

I switched to this nail salon because my old one was not doing a great job. My friend introduced me to this salon two months ago when things started to open up in COVID. I do not know how they are outside the pandemic but with how they are doing now, it has to be great. I get dip nails and they have a wide selection of colors and designs. They have the questionnaire for COVID and make sure you wear your mask and wash hands instantly entering the establishment. They have an acrylic divider for protection when getting a manicure. I have had three different people do my nails (I unfortunately did not get their names) and they have all done a fabulous job. They do a beautiful job but also do not take a long time to get you in and out. The salon is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The photo I attached are my real nails two weeks later. I'm rough on my nails between working in healthcare constantly washing my hands and working in the yard/cleaning my house. They don't crack or chip and still look great weeks later (aside from the growth). read more

My nails are not terrible, just not at all what I wanted and I wouldn't review negatively except literally every request I made was disregarded. I have been trying to find a go to nail place in Parker for years. I feel like you get good service a couple of times at each salon and then after that they just don't care anymore. My oldest daughter uses Blue Sky and seems satisfied, so I gave it a shot, was my 2nd time here. I came in with my other 2 daughters so they could get gel manicures, I needed tips because my last nail place botched them up. I asked for a black and white ombre and was immediately shot down, told it's too hard to blend but they could do black and red. Was a little disappointed, have had black and white before and didn't seem to be a problem. I settled on pink and white and specifically asked for the pink to be on the tip. After the tips were glued on, the tech began to cut, I said shorter, I work on a computer all day and need to type, I was told they would be filed down. Started applying the product, pink on the bottom, I was tired of my requests being disregarded so I let it be. Nails were not filed down to a length I was comfortable with but had already decided I wouldn't be back and could file them myself and have them done again at another salon. Product was not applied down to the cuticle so the grow out will need to be done again sooner than later. Just sad to me with all the competition these salons don't care about customer loyalty. They do a decent job, I wasn't terribly impressed with the quality the first time I went but gave them another chance since I was in need of different services. Like I said, my nails don't look terrible, just not what I went in for and never anticipated being argued with about what I wanted. My total bill without tip was $135, $65 being a finished product the nail tech determined was better than what I requested. I will keep searching for a salon that actually gives the paying customer what they request, I was told I would have to look outside of Parker. Blue Sky is great if you are willing to let them do whatever they want without any regard to your input. Nails, not the colors I wanted and way too long and I think I paid a pretty penny and still tipped on principle. Just because you don't care about the customer doesn't mean I don't care about the service you provide. I won't be back. read more
