It is more healthy than many alternatives and adds to the flavor particularly of Mediterranean style dishes. There are differences in taste for different types of olive oils and you can sample the many varieties they stock and find what appeals to you. They also have a wide selection of vinegars including white basalmic in many flavors. I make my own vinaigrette using one part vinegar and three parts olive oil. In a large bowl slowly whisk the olive oil into the vinegar until emulsified. Then toss with your salad. Simple, fast , and no added preservatives emulsifiers etc. The store itself is nicely decorated with works of local artists and the staff are friendly and helpful. PS although their toasted sesame oil isn't an olive oil it's a great enhancement poured over vegetables and humus. Treat yourself at Vinaigrette.
