It was a gift and means a lot to me, so I was nervous about trusting it to someone else. They did a fantastic job. I later brought in a couple of additional knives. Rather than automatically sharpening my chef's knife, the technician explained that it was still sharp enough and that removing more metal was unnecessary. He identified a burr that was making it feel duller than it actually was, removed it at no charge, and sharpened my other knife. That honesty and care made me feel very comfortable. This is now my go-to place for knife sharpening.
