Before had a valve sticking that they said needed to be replaced for ~$700 and i found exact valve on Amaazon for $65. I am very please with their work. Very professional. They also helped me when we lifted our ground level home because of damage suffered from the 3 hurricanes. They failed to clean our filters and place new ones as contracted. They broke the handle on our filter tank. It took several calls to get them out there, admit their fault and get it taken care of. I quit using them since early 2025. I just found fraudulent charges on my credit card every month of this year (2026) and several months of 2025 after I used them. I called in the middle of this week regarding the many fraudulent charges and asked to hear back from them asap regarding these charges. It is Friday evening and they have not called me back. There are over $2000 of unexplained charges from them on maintenance fees. Something is very wrong with this company. I quit using them because of the poor maintenance, high maintenance and incompetence of the people who answer the office phone.

Now unfortunately the service is unreliable and the back off staff is inconsiderate and rude. Have been dealing with a gas heater repair from early January. Despite multiple calls to check on the status of the part which were all met with "we do not view tell the mail", I come to find out the replacement part sitting at another facility for weeks. No apology but simply an under-experienced heater tech replacing the so called broken part. Two days later the pool was still not getting warm and the heater tech came back out and told us that "we didn't know how to run the equipment." The rude nature of the discourse caused to to place several calls to Colton and his "assistant" with no call backs. We are on 2nd messages to Colton directly and 3 messages to Kat with not so much as an email. We have very luckily found Pool Troopers and they diagnosed the problem and had the heater fixed in 2 days. The pictures of the broken part is attached. Edgewater charges for incomplete repair service to keep ratcheting up home calls. Be very careful how much they charge. We are filing a complaint to the BBB and Collier County to make sure no one else gets the run around.

Poor excuse for a pool company. They'd been contracted annually for simple maintenance. And…read morebecause the house wasn't occupied for a few months, the technician did the absolute bare minimum. When this was brought to Jackie's attention, she agreed that often, technicians won't do their jobs properly if they know the house is not occupied or if they realize there are no cameras to track their work. The pool had many spots that needed extra attention - scrub with a broom attachment, additional chemicals to address the stains that resulted from lack of maintenance. I was not pleased to hear from a neighbor that after our last service, the pool was rid of debris but algae like stains still remained on the pool walls and spa. When I asked if our pool could be serviced accordingly, Jackie was not pleasant; told me that that was the least of her concerns, that it was probably our fault for not installing a motor in a timely manner (which we did do a few months ago), and that, in short, I didn't know what I was talking about. We never really got the service that was paid for, when we requested that, it was met with nastiness. There are a million pool companies in Naples, don't waste your time with this company - not worth the headache.
