These guys installed a pool that leaks. They sent out a leak detection team and now they won't return my calls because there's a leak in the pool that is only nine months old. I will be taking them to court and getting every sent back that I put into this. Try this, try calling them and see if you get through. You will not get through to these people. read more

Let me start by admitting that, as a first time home owner, I have no idea all the decisions that go into this stuff....and the costs associated with everything. Blake and Brad took the time to explain all options and how they differ from one another...which was great, considering how indecisive I can be when I don't feel fully informed about things. Blake was the one who came out to my house and took the time to make sure that I completely satisfied with everything. He brought multiple samples and made visual displays for me of what each option would look like at completion. I was really grateful for his patience with me.... not only that, but he seemed like he actually CARED just as much as I did about how the pool turned out. It totally felt like a team effort. They were honest and I never felt as if they were pushing an agenda! I had a LOT of questions and requested additions and deletions to the initial quote, and they were nothing but accommodating. And they never made me feel like a nuisance either! Their follow up was perfect; on time and consistent, but not bothersome. I'm really big on communication and this company definitely got that right! I always felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Sunbrite Pools crew was also great to work with. Ismael and the guys were always very respectful and kept my property clean. Normally you'd think that something like this would feel intrusive, but, I honestly didn't mind seeing them everyday. I am a religious yelp user but have never taken the time to write a review. However, I felt compelled to share the experience I had when I hired Sunbrite Pools to do my pool. I remember how much anxiety I had looking around for a pool contractor. So hopefully this review helps, but no matter what, DO YOUR HOMEWORK and check references. Sunbrite just remodeled our pool (the remodeling included new deck, plaster, tile, coping, lights, and some equipment). Not only did we love working with their team, but couldn't be happier with how their work turned out. I've posted some pics to show how spectacular the pool looks. I feel like their work speaks for itself. Before hiring them, I spent time on all the review sites and did my homework. Having had a bad experience with a contractor in the past, my goal was to find a team that was professional, able to deliver on what they promised, transparent with me and capable of executing high quality work. That's what I found with Blake and Eric. From the outset, they stood behind their work and followed through on their timeline. Even though Eric was my main point of contact, Blake and Eric were both always personally available to me. Whatever questions I had, I would receive a prompt text or call back. They also had a terrific, friendly crew, all of whom were obviously experienced, and arrived on site, on time and always engaged us professionally. Throughout the experience, I felt like the team didn't take any shortcuts or skimp out on the quality of their work. They showed up when they said they would and finished the job on time, actually completing it a few days in advance of the original timeline we'd discussed. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend working with Blake, Eric and their team for a pool remodeling job. Sunbrite completed our pool...did a really good job in the end. We have done a full remodel of our house using multiple contracts. One thing that we've learned throughout the process is that you can't just leave any of them alone thinking they will just complete the project exactly as you think it should be completed without feedback. Some contractors get annoyed at that feedback and will charge you or say that it's an addition or a change. Sunbrite fixed everything that I pointed out without charging anything additional. Our pool was completed during the whole Covid disaster...so delays, etc. The Subrite guys definitely tried there hardest to stay on track. I would absolutely recommend them. Dave was our PM and was always a text message away. Blake also made sure things were ordered and costs stayed on track. read more

Sunbrite Pools did an excellent job replastering and remodeling my very, very old pool. It is now a beautiful pool that we will enjoy for years. Their large and professional crew completed everything in two weeks - draining, removing the old plaster, replastering, installing new tile, repairing plumbing and lighting, adding railings, checking the pump and cleaning the whole area when complete. We've been using SunBrite for a couple years now commercially... I can't begin to say how great they are. Every team member who comes on my property is so very professional. We just had to have our pool acid washed this week, and the crew that came out knocked it out in one day including tile repairs and a chlorine wash to treat for black algae. I would just like to expose the quality of service received from Sunbrite Pools! They came out on Good Friday at 6:00 PM to do a repair on our neighborhood pool! We open the pool for the year on Easter and the neighborhood kids were looking forward to using it. I told Brad that we could live through it, but without the repair, the water could not be heated. We've been using Sunbrite Pool's affiliate, Pool Pros, for pool cleaning at my mom's house for several years and have been extremely happy with their service. When my mom passed away at the end of 2017 we decided to remodel the house to rent out. We were looking for someone to redo the pool (which had not had anything done, except basic maintenance, for the 45 years my parents owned the house). Our pool cleaner clued us into Sunbrite Pools and we made an appointment right away. After talking to the salesman we decided to work with them. The only catch - it was going to be awhile before we could get to the pool, since the whole house had to be cleaned out and remodeled. Almost a year later I contacted Sunbrite and Kyle said they would get my pool going as soon as I gave them the go ahead. Sure enough - the day after my contractor said it was safe for Sunbrite to get going, the pool was draining and the process got started. Frank stayed in constant contact with us via phone and emails and made the process so simple. With a pool that old there were some repairs that needed doing, which Frank explained plus sent pictures so that we knew what was needed. They handled the repairs efficiently and quickly. The new tile and pool resurface look amazing and got done so fast! We have new pool lights and the pump system is now safer and up to code. There were some electrical issues which we had an electrician address which slowed the running of the new pump back a couple of days, but Frank had workarounds for that so the newly filled pool could be kept clean while we waited for the electric to get repaired. Now that the pool is finished we're absolutely thrilled. Frank and his crew kept us updated and made it effortless on our part. And the pool looks great! Our new tenants love it and I know they're safe swimming in a brand new pool! Thank you so much, Sunbrite, Kyle, Frank, and the whole crew! I've seen a LOT Sunbrite's work and i must say I'm impressed! they really know what they're doing; pool cleaning, remodeling, repairs, you name it they can do it. what really impressed me though was their communication. they would always tell me what i needed to know and anything i wanted to know. if the guy i was talking to couldn't answer the question they would make sure my question got answered accurately from one of their higher ups, who are all VERY friendly by the way. their remodeling work is very quick and always perfect, and with their 10 year warranty I feel very confident in their work. read more

After shopping around for a company to resurface our pool, we decided on Sunbrite Pools because we felt Brad was genuinely interested in doing the best job for us. He was attentive and friendly; a good salesman. The people he contracted to do the pool were knowledgeable and did a good job with the tile and plastering. Our issues started with some of the finishing work, like choosing the handrail. We wanted a special handrail for both the pool and the Jacuzzi. The ones they showed us weren't long enough for both, so we researched and found the right one. We gave the info to Sergio, the project manager, who told us he didn't know if they could get it, as it wasn't from the company they normally used. So we made some calls, found it, and passed on the info to Sunbrite. When they brought it over, it was the one we had said we DIDN'T want. They seemed to be annoyed but eventually brought the one we had picked, after having to stop work to have it shipped. Then they tried to bill us twice for it. The plaster and tile contractors did a good job, but I can't recommend this company. Once they got that final check they could have cared less about our project. Oh, and beware of Sergio. One morning before our alarm went off at 6 am, we woke up to the sound of a man's voice next to our bedroom window (This is in our backyard and you have to open our gate to get in), and look out to see Sergio talking on his phone! He had gotten there early and decided he could come right in. Not OK! I guess the thing that really disappointed us was that we trusted Brad and his company to be who they said they were; live and learn. The sales pitch was good enough that we were willing to pay several thousand more than our previous quotes; the service wasn't! read more
