It has a turbo and brenbo brakes. He told me he was concerned about my key fob... Brian are you retarded? You work at a Buick GMC, you can make a new FOB tubby. Brian also magically accidentally shorted me 4 thousand dollars in credit, I wonder where that extra money would have went. Right into his pockets. I would not recommend this trash ass place to anyone. They are snakes that want to line their pockets. They are not actual genuine sales people. They took my information over the phone and had me use the drop box. They took a look first thing in the morning (I very much appreciated the speed!). They ordered and replaced my starter same day. After finding that the issue did not resolve, they offered to reinstall my original starter so that I wouldn't be charged for the new one... and they said there would be no labor charge for any of the work! Truly fantastic customer service that only left me with positive things to say! Nicole at the front was very communicative and helpful through the whole process. The only reason I had to go elsewhere to fix my car is because it required electrical diagnosis/repair that they aren't equipped for here. If I could have paid them to work on it here, I definitely would have due to the experience I had with their people. Definitely recommending this place!!

He was so helpful and tried to fix the door latch on our driver's side sliding door on our van. He was unable to fix it, but gave us the name of B&N (Bobby & Nathan) Auto in Hudsonville MI. Paul set us in the right direction, and we will be entirely grateful that he put us onto Bobby and Nathan. As Paul had mentioned, they would be able to not only fix the problem, but also might be able to give us a good deal. AutoZone has always provided its customers with good prices and good service. I didn't feel we could go wrong. B&N is not a high-end auto show room, but the mechanics (Bobby & Nathan) are the best as is the manager (Paul) at AutoZone. Thanks, we are now able to open and shut our sliding doors since they replaced both door lock actuators. The other slider on the passenger's side was also damaged and could only be locked manually.
